So I returned the large size and now am waiting a few weeks for the medium. The main reason was I didn’t like the position of the buckle as it was two-thirds the way around.
I did try the medium size in store, and the fit is much better however, getting it on and off is more difficult.

Just got a small today, and it’s much smaller than I expected. My wrist is almost exactly 160mm. The buckle was even more off center than the medium. I like the band, so I’ll stick with the medium that’s closer to center.

You really need to be almost dead center of the size ranges to get the clasp centered perfectly.

Hands down best band Apple ever made. As soon as I tried it on in the store it was over. Costly though. But damn worth it. Just amazing. Breathable (so nice for workout) and can be dressy or not. Just amazing. Clasp design took a few attempts and all good now. Amazing band and I don’t usually do Apple bands. Hopefully it holds up!

I’m like the princess and the pea with watch straps. Pretty much only the sports band feels comfortable to me.

But — so far — I’m loving the titanium Milanese. I’d give it a 8/10 for comfort: I can forget I’m even wearing it.

My wrist is 185mm. I went for the large. The buckle is off-centre and I actually prefer it that way. I like the asymmetric look. And it’s very easy to remove.

I’ve already had compliments about the band. I think it elevates the Ultra into a grown-up, premium watch.

Has anybody weighed this band?
The medium version weighs 32 grams. That plus the weight of the Ultra comes to 93 grams.

I finally received a replacement strap today after returning the first one due to faulty connectors. The new one is perfect.

This band is extremely comfortable — far more so than the standard stainless steel Milanese loop, which I’ve never really got on with. It’s far more secure than the steel Milanese as well; once this band goes on your wrist, it’s not coming off until you want it to.

The style is a perfect match for the Ultra. Not as “bling” or delicate-looking as the steel Milanese.

It reminds me a lot of the titanium Milanese band on the NTTD edition of the Omega Seamaster. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if that was Apple’s inspiration for this band. Coincidentally, the Apple Watch Ultra with a medium titanium Milanese loop weighs exactly the same as the NTTD Omega Seamaster: 93 grams.

Hoping these get a little price drop somewhere for Black Friday...sure would look good on my new Ultra!

Enjoying mine. Very nice-looking band. I can see some light wear where the 2 parts of the loop touch each other but it's not something you see and its normal for metal touching metal. The same 2 parts of the band on top of each other rattle at times when the watch vibrates.

Does the band scratch the watch case and back like the regular Milanese loop did to regular Apple Watches?

Nope. Have both and I know what you are talking about. Have the black ultra with the new black Milanese and not a scratch to be found, have been wearing since launch day. Have a 3 in one stand watch charger, started with that to charge the ultra. Was concerned that using the apple charger would lead to the strap rubbing the watch and scratching it when I went to charge it.

have been using the apple charger( it charges from empty to full in about 45 mins) and not a scratch to be found.

I have banged the watch/strap, dropped it and my nephew grabbed it and was playing with it. There is not a scratch, ding, etc. to be found. Definitely a durable finish.
