Carrier The Verizon iPhone X Pre-Order and Dispatch Thread

Credit card was charged for full amount. Ordered 9/15, gold 8+ 64 GB. Still shows status of Processing on verizonwireless.com.

I got a text message at 5:29pm pacific time basically stating this.

I ordered at 2:00 CDT and although my card got charged, I haven't gotten any update email. I do have a location though - is that a good sign, or was it always there and I just didn't notice?

You will likely not get an update email with tracking info until sometime overnight. Im willing to bet you'll see an email in the A.M. 🙂

I received an email that my account balance needed to be paid and that my order was on hold for 7 days. Just paid the balance about an hour after I got the email.

Hoping the 22nd is still going to happen! According to Verizon CS the it should, has anyone had a similar experience?

I did, CS said the same to me, and I also got an additional email after I paid that my order had been completed but tracking had not yet been assigned. Think that means it's packed but the label isn't slapped on? 😵

I'm honestly super excited about this phone, I thought the 7+ was dreadfully boring but when I got one it absolutely exceeded all my expectations and has been the most solid phone i've ever owned, hope the 8+ can match it. + I've been waiting since the 5 to have a glass phone again 😀
 
What's the chances of getting it delivered before the 22nd? Ever happen with Verizon iPhone launches?
 
I have been lurking.. But mine is marked shipped this morning. Delivery 9/22. Ordered through Verizon's app at 3 AM, Gold 8+ 256. This will be my first plus model, coming from a 6s.

Oh and yes, I do have a tracking number.
 
Surprised I didn't receive my shipping confirmation email. Maybe it'll come today sometime

Scratch that.... my order has shipped lol. I now have a tracking #! Woohoo!
 
I got an email at 5:03 am giving me a tracking number and on the Verizon website it states "SHIPPED" Getting excited now!!!

Same here. Oddly on Verizon it said estimated delivery 21st, but fedex won’t do it until the 22nd. My phone is in Memphis.
 
Same here, have a Fedex tracking number, phone is chilling out in Memphis right now. As in previous years I bet it won't move until Thursday when its loaded on a plane and sent to my location!
