Uh..there is no point in telling anyone not to use a case for their phone. It's all personal preference. Sure it's nice touch and feel when the phone is naked, but some people like me, like to protect their investments.

OP isn't too bright.

what may seem like ruins YOUR iPhone experience, isnt going to ruin others.

with that said I'm getting a case and I'm happy with it.

if you are going to end up buying a case for it.

For one, it's hideous no matter how nice you think the case looks. It destroys the look and feel of the iPhone. What's the point of choosing an iPhone color if it's going to be your case that determines the color of it?

Also, it nullifies the smooth rounded edges of the iPhone. Any case will ruin the feel and hold of the iPhone. If you appreciate the aesthetics of an iPhone and the form factor, why buy a case? It's only going to add layers of unwanted thickness.

You're pretty much using a Galaxy with iOS buy utilizing a case. Nobody would even know you're using an iPhone.

Lets keep it natural if you're going to be using an iPhone 6.

Is that why people buy it? Would be more impressive just to carry around a bar of gold if we're going purely for looks. Might bend though.

There is really no point in getting any iPhone 6...

Nobody does that. People say "phone" and people also say "computer" rarely will someone say "iPhone" unless they are talking about different devices

Actually I very very often hear that, even when a person (might or might not be iPhone user) is referring to another's iPhone. When it's an iPhone he'd say, "His iPhone" but when it's anything else he'd say, "His phone". This also happens very often in news articles when the writer is talking about a person's phone: "The picture that you see was captured by his iPhone" or "The robber took his wallet and iPhone."

Same thing with MacBooks.

As for iPads, even Android tablets are often mistakenly referred to as iPads, although I have not seen news articles make that mistake.

I'm glad you took the time to write this thread, OP. I will reconsider my decision to use a case, based on the fact that 3lite thinks that I shouldn't.

I don't know if negging is possible on here but god damn if it was op,

This thread is so dumb

That is your opinion and I respect that.
Just remember, people have choices, they can do whatever they want with their phones.

1. I have the black leather Apple case for my space gray 6+. It's makes the phone a lot easy to gripe,

2. I don't care if everyone doesn't know I'm using an iPhone. In fact, I would prefer they thought it was something else, and

3. You'll be singing a different tune when you drop your 6 and damage it.

----------

Really? Then how come everyone who owns an Apple product will say "Let me check my iPhone" instead of "Let me check my phone" or "It's on my Mac/Macbook" instead of "It's on my computer/laptop"?

So you know everyone who has a Mac product? Guess I must have forgotten when we met. I have never said either.

Should I also wear a helmet everywhere I go too? What if I fall and damage my face?

I like cases because they protect my phone and let you customize your phone a lot more than leaving it naked

Well you know what they say about opinions..... Well you don't? Let me tell you.... they are like buttholes.... every one has one and they all stink.

I thought that euphemism was for excuses, not opinions.

Opinions are just what they are - someone's opinion. They're all different.

Luckily your opinion is everyone's opinion. I'm on the phone right now letting all the case manufacturers know that they should go ahead and close up shop.

If u show a tablet to a 5 year old and ask them what it is, they will most likely tell u it's a ipad. Just the Apple effect.

For me the iPhone 6 is too thin. I think that's a perfectly valid reason to use a case. iPhone 4 was the perfect weight and thickness for me.

Black face with the black Apple leather case looks slick IMO.
