Can all the complaints be limited to one sticky thread...

There are just too many redundant complaint threads. It's enough already. Can the mods make one sticky thread for complaints so the majority of us that are here to learn, teach, help and enjoy can do so without all the clutter.

Thank you.

Will there also be a sticky thread for the complaints about the complaints? :p

I'm with you, though I don't think having one "complaint" thread is fair. Having ONE thread for glass breaking, and another for reception difficulty, and another for proximity sensors would be a good start.

That's fine. Maybe there can just be a subforum for complaints.

I'd just opt for a new site: iRumors.com. Then I could just steer clear of it and stay here.

If you want to stay here and steer clear, there's a sticky at the top of the "Feedback" forum that shows you how to ignore posts from certain forums.

I have my bookmark for here set to:
https://forums.macrumors.com/search/?do=getnew&exclude=99

... which pulls up all new posts, except for those in the main iPhone forum.

Can we get an iphone4 complaint sub-forum?

We've all heard about the problem, and the VERY vocal group here on macrumors. It's the same story over and over. I get that there is a problem, but do we really need 50,000 threads about it?

Can we please get a subforum for them to post in so the rest of us can go back to actually discussing the iphone?

I never understood people posting threads like this.

A) if you have a suggestion, contact the owners of the site.
B) If you don't like certain threads or posters - don't read those threads or those posts.

It's very simple. But I guess it's easier to try and make your problems/frutrations someone else's instead of taking ownership of them.

Kudos to the OP!

I have been one of "the VERY vocal group" attempting to communicate my stance on iPhone 4 [returned - may buy again with definitive revision]. That said, the Op is on to something. The mean iQ on MacRumors has fallen dramatically since June 23.

I am seeing hundreds of very vocal, very ignorant "Join date: July 2010" newbies. I wonder if we could just have a great flood that washes away anyone after "Join date: May 2010."

Riighhtt, people making the same threads over and over to convince us we hate our phones aren't trying to make their problems someone else's? Last I checked they could "take ownership" of the problem by returning their phones if they don't like it.

I'm just asking that we get back to talking about the other 99.9% of the iphone. Lighten up :D

What's stopping you from having those conversations? You started this thread -so clearly there's no block on your account or anyone else's to create a new thread or reply to threads that interest you.

Again - if you don't like the threads complaining. Don't click on them. It's just that simple.
