tried to order on Verizon but got kept getting an error on the payment screen...had to go over to apple and place two separate orders (only lets you order one iphone at a time).
only received confirm email on one order so far...
EDIT: got both confirms and was able to go into my apple account and change the shipping address to my work address so i'll be there to sign for them.
Also, since i ordered through my Apple Store shopdiscover link I'll get 5% cashback on these babies..

When does Verizon Customer Support open? Their site says 6am with no time zone listed so I assume 6am for each zone, but I called it and they said it opens at 7am. Anyone know which is right? 2:30 am here atm.

I put in my confirmation/reference # and last name to check the status, and it just says '0' next to the ACE number. And still no confirmation e-mail.

Mine has a number and it says we received your order and it is processing. No email yet. Thats one thing about ordering through apple. You get your email and you can actually go to sleep! haha
Ah, crap. I'm getting worried now because mine just says 0 next to the ACE and everything else is blank. Weird, because I printed out the confirmation page and everything. Ugh. sdfdslfjsdfdljf.

Says I was 6284. My ACE # and stuff like that still isn't showing up when I try to check the order status, but I got the e-mail, so who knows.
Also, for reference, I competed my order around 3:06 and got the e-mail at 3:40.

Is there anyway to change the shipping address after you've ordered from apple? It wouldn't let me change it from my VZW account address that was provided. That is my office but I'd like it shipped to my home... Any help?
Edit: Answered my own Q. Allows you to change same way as any apple order.

You should be okay. At least your ACE is working, that's a good sign. Mine apparently doesn't exist....? It's freaking me out a bit, because everyone else's is working. Maybe I'll give customer service a call in the morning to make sure everything went through.
