Whatever the minimum is. I use 16GB right now.

I stream my media. I play several games, but they are fairly small.

I honestly have no idea what all you people are putting on your phones, but as an Apple shareholder I sure am glad you are doing it!

64gb. I have the 128gb iPhone 6 now and I definitely don't need it. I thought I did and it's nice to have but I don't...as long as my iPad Mini is 128gb. I can't get all my music on either anyway so I use a lot of playlists and one for "essential" albums/songs.

I have the 64GB 5S. I'm planning on getting the 64GB 6S Plush. I may make the jump to 128GB when the camera goes 4K. If that's the 6S Plus, great, I'll upgrade. If I have to wait until the 7S, so be it.

I'm planning on getting the 64GB 6S Plush.

Probably downgrade to the 64gb from the 128 I currently have, for the past year never used more than 28gb. With Google photos being free I feel no need to

I need this. It looks comfy.

I've got the 128 GB almost filled already. I'm going for 128 again or more if it's offered. I take a lot of very long movies of the kids in school plays or at their sporting events, birthday parties, etc. that eats up the storage fast.

If the base model is 32GB, I might go for that, that's the minimum. 64GB would be nice.

I have the iPhone 6 Plus 64GB, so I won't be getting the 6S. The fact the they still make a 16GB is a pitta, and such a waste. Hello, Apple, 2011 called and they want their 16GB of flash back! I understand that it's all about making profits, so we can't have a 32GB version, but the at the very least lets start at 64GB, make a 128GB and a 256GB version. Will the 256GB version be useful to anyone? Doubtful, but some will still buy it :p

That depends on the price. I currently have a 64 gb iPhone 5s.
I'd like to get the 128 gb iPhone 6 plus (s). I can't see getting anything less than 64 gb though.

As someone else said, "Will take as much memory as I can get."

As much as I'd love 128 GB, $950 plus tax is too much for me, plus I never use more than 40 GB anyways. I'd have so much spare storage space if I got a 128.

Little steep I must say .... I think I'm going with the 64GB lol. I also noticed the resell value on high capacity phones isn't much at all actually.

I've always chosen the 16Gb as I do not tend to hold lots of data on my iPhone's and DropBox comes in to play.

This will be an all new venture for me choosing a higher memory capacity if I decide to buy sim free again this year.

Im stuck between a 64GB, or 128gb 6s plus. Depends on the realism of the rumoured camera update, and whether prices remain similar to now.

At the moment Im just on the side of the 128gb option :)
