Those who ordered from AT&T (on or after 6/29)- did your phone ship?

For those who got tracking info, did it show up on the ATT site before you got an email?

Just wondering if I should keep obsessively checking the update page.

keep checking. Mine is gettng delivered today and never rec'd an email
 
off of backorder

i ordered 2 32gb on 6/29 at 7:18 AM EST. checked this morning and it's off of back-order. no tracking/shipment info yet.

I ordered at 7:30am EST on 6/29 and was taken off backorder yesterday afternoon. This morning when I woke up I had a tracking number and is scheduled to be delivered on 7/8 by 3:00pm.
 
Ordered morning of 7/1 through the Premier site. Order status on the main AT&T site still says backordered and the Premier site still says "Processing" with the last activity on 7/2. Good grief.

Just checked this morning and its no longer showing backordered as of 9am EST. Crossing fingers that it ships today!!!
 
Still waiting on shipping...my 32GB ordered 7/1 came off back-order around 4-5PM Eastern on 7/6.
 
Whoo hoo! It shipped!! 3PM tomorrow!

So, for those who have received from fed-ex, are they requiring a signature at delivery, or are they leaving them on door steps if no one is home?

okay -- ordered two 16GBs on evening of 6/30. The second order shipped yesterday and is sitting in Houston - hopefully to be delivered today.

The one I ordered first, is off of backorder, but not yet shipped.

That's what I get for ordering mine first and my wife's second.

Went to pick up my iPhone today. I used an upgrade on another line in my family plan. I am giddy with glee as he takes the phone out of the brown box.

"I'm sorry I can't give you the phone."

"What?! Why not?"

"The SIM card used for the upgrade is not 3G. Until this other phone has an updated SIM card, I can't perform the upgrade and give you the phone."

I left the store livid after no one could come up with a way around this problem. Absolute ******** AT&T.
 
Any 7/4 orders seeing movement yet? Maybe a little unrealistic, probably 7/1-7/2 today and 7/3-7/4 Thursday, but I can hope...

If you're posting to update movement please say when you placed the order too.

What? Why can't you just get a new SIM card?
 
for those of you who ordered 7/2, and still says backordered, i'd call ATT just to make sure. i'm on hold with their billing department right now because my pending charge went away, and no orders shipped. one rep told me there was an error with an agent putting my order number in :mad:

ordered from premier 7-2 now shipped today... premier website i hasnt updated but other att site says shipped w/ tracking number :D

i got 2 items billed to my credit card. one for $299 and the other for $1. im guessing that the $1 is going to be updated for taxes....what did they end telling u in the billing dept.

ps. charges still say pending but that always happens w/ my b of a account for a few days after i buy things

i ended up hanging up. they transferred me to the billing dept and was on hold for 35 minutes! and still no answer. i'll probably try again tomorrow if there's no changes. it's just weird that the Premier agent on the phone says that my order was entered wrong from their end, yet there was a pending charge on my debit card. they said the order entry was corrected, now there's no pending charge on my debit card. however, he says it still says "processing" on their system. argh :mad:
 
ok so my pre-order (from 6/15) just made it to my AT&T store, I will be picking it up later today. That means that indeed AT&T got new stock and they shipped yesterday and it will be shipping lot more today.
