Those who ordered from AT&T (on or after 6/29)- did your phone ship?

My guess is that it somehow depends on your location too... Maybe quotas based on region if you order from the web, or by store if you order in-store. That's the only thing I can figure... saw a post last night that someone who ordered on the 6th had theirs shipped the same day (32 GB) and they were from NYC. Who knows though...

ordered the 32gb through premier on 6/29, got an email this morning with a fedex tracking number expected to be delivered tomorrow on the 8th.
to those that got their order shipped, how much did AT&T charge you? when i bought the 3g over a year ago my credit card statement showed a charge for only 299. i live in CA so it was a surprise.

i ended up hanging up. they transferred me to the billing dept and was on hold for 35 minutes! and still no answer. i'll probably try again tomorrow if there's no changes. it's just weird that the Premier agent on the phone says that my order was entered wrong from their end, yet there was a pending charge on my debit card. they said the order entry was corrected, now there's no pending charge on my debit card. however, he says it still says "processing" on their system. argh
ok, so here's another update. i spoke with another agent and said that my 16gb 7/2 order is on "activated" status in their system and "waiting to be picked by the warehouse". the agent also said that the pending charge disappears off my checking account once the order is "activated", and the actual charge will return once the order is shipped. i'm crossing my fingers that this is true
It's not the end of the world or anything, but that doesn't seem fair.
Then again, life isn't fair either so...
Exactly the same for me. Order through premier 7/1, and still have the exact same status as you. I ordered the 16gb. I hope ordering from Premier didn't slow it down.

ordered 6/30 @ATT store. Both of my 32's went off backorder Tues afternoon 7/6, checked ATT site Wed morning 7/7 and they have shipped with overnight FedEx tracking #'s (from Fort Worth, TX to Seattle) and due for delivery Thurs 7/8 @ 3pm.

Does anyone know why it would take 24 hours or more to go from not back-ordered to shipped? Seems like this is taking a lot longer than it has for others.

Seems like orders placed in store or direct through the AT&T website are processing/shipping faster them those placed through the premier site

at least it looks like 6/30 and 7/1 orders are getting infos updated. hopefully your update comes soon. i'm crossing my update comes for a 7/2 order tomorrow

I ordered on 7/2 because my apple order kept getting put on hold. So I hope mine changes soon as well.
just wondering, do you still have a pending charge on your bank account? mine disappeared, and apparently it means the order is "activated" and waiting for the warehouse to pick it up

Probably because they got a ton in stock (hence no longer on back order), and are now getting them shipped out. So, presumably yours is in line to get shipped after all the 6/29 and 6/30 orders (which probably number in the 10's of thousands). Doesn't explain the ones getting shipped who ordered after you though.
That's a good point. And I'm still wondering about the last part too. Oh well, at least there's been some movement so I can't complain too much.
Hi I am new to this site, but thought I would let you all know how my Iphone order went.
I ordered my 32G Iphone on July 5th at 10:18 a.m. and just now got an updated email saying my phone would be here by 4:30 tomorrow.
I ordered online thru AT&T premeir Sevice. Needless to say I am a very happy camper. Hope all of you that have been waiting for a while, start to see your phones being shipped also.

I ordered the 16G on July 4th thru premier. Still processing. Last updated July 5th.

You're not alone. My fiance ordered hers on June 30th in store. Went off backorder yesterday early afternoon. Still no tracking info on it.
Out of curiosity, what part of the country are you in? I'm in NC and starting to wonder if regional variation can explain the shipping differences.
