They cancelled my order due to an address verification issue and just sent me an email...Don't they know there is a thing called phone to talk to the clients?

Similar update: 6/29 0700 (Eastern Standard) Premier order for two new lines of service and (2) 32GB phones > Backorder just went from "1" to "0" on both.

I ordered a 16GB one on 7/2, and it's at the "attention" status even though I called All sorts of Trash & Trouble earlier today and when through a long, demoralizing, credit check with an Indian dude. Then I was told it'll be all fine and dandy and I should be getting an email soon, well it's been about 10 hours, and nothing. They DID say it could take 24 hours, so I'll give them 24 hours. Also, I can't check my order status on the regular page (I ordered through the fantastically fantastic Premier service)
was your order for a new service? also, was your contact info address different from your shipping address? i ordered the same day and my contact and shipping address are different, so hopefully they don't screw me over just for that
I ordered through Premier too, and I can check it on the main order status page - you just have to use your home/work number to get into it.

It was for a new service. Both addresses were identical, but the name was different, err.. well, the FIRST name was different.
i guess its a lot faster if you order it through at&t rather than ordering it from an Apple store.

at 2pm it came off from back ordered
and at 1015pm its been shipped

ordered 32GB through Premier as new customer 6/30. still backordered. hoping it gets shipped tomorrow as some 6/30 32gb look like they're being shipped.
