Ordered iPhone4 16gb 10am today 7/6
its now 1:55pm and its 0 backordered
hopefully it ships today and i get it tomorrow
wow, that's not right lol. i ordered friday, 7/2 12:00pm and it's still backordered
So has anyone went totally bonkers yet and called AT&T to complain about their order not shipping and cited screenshots on the MacRumors Forums?

I ordered the 15th at 8:59 PM PDT. It was supposed to ship on July 2nd. It went from Not Yet shipped to Prepared for shipment like 5 times. Now its back to Prepared for shipment and I got a confirmation from Apple that they have all the information they need from AT&T to ship it. I hope it sticks this time. I got my phone on the 23rd, but this is my wife's phone. What a joke. Hopefully you guys with AT&T orders have better luck than us.
I ordered also on the 2nd of July (I am not "Premier" - just walked into the AT&T store and they ordered the phone for me) and it still shows my 16gb iPhone 4 on backorder. I have a feeling that it probably wont be until next week mon-tues/mid week until July 1/2nd buyers get theirs shipped.

EDIT: Okay we'll i do have a tracking number and it says fedex and what not, but clicking the tracking number on fedex's website shows no info yet.
EDIT 2: Okay copying and pasting the tracking number on the fedex website shows my info instead of just clicking the link on AT&T's website (for anyone it doesn't work for)
Estimated delivery is tomorrow at 3, picked up at Fort Worth, standard overnight. finally guys. i'm gonna hope you guys get yours shipped fast.

Ordered 2 16GB today through Premier. It says 7-14 days but it might be faster than that. My friend ordered through Premier last week and he got his phone today (lucky bastard). Looks like a lot of you guys are getting screwed with the processing. I expect to wait until july 16, no more.

As it went off from backordered a couple hrs after you posted yours went off.
Ordered 7/2 and 7/4. First was 16GB, then changed my mind. Cancelled in-store and ordered 32GB.
Strangely both orders show up when I search order status by wireless number, and both show as in-progress and backordered. Called 800 number and was told that regardless of what it shows, the 16GB was cancelled...
Don't understand how some people who ordered so recently are showing movement already. Wonder how the heck their queue works.

Agreed, my pre-order (6/15) must have been written with pencil on the back of the poster....
no shipping info for me yet, either, and mine switched off bo before KI's did, too.
at least the temp problem where the order was not showing up resolved itself somehow.

My wish is granted - it will be at the ATT store by 3pm tomorrow (my choice - FedEx is weird about deliveries to my building, and ATT is closer to my house than FedEx is). May have to go to work early so that I can leave early to get it early
