Three Finger Drag - Missing in Action

Just had a little fiddle with macOS Sierra...

Love the Picture in Picture, Siri is quite useless...

But the worse thing, is that Three Finger Drag seems to have been left out; I know where was a scare about this back in the Yosemite days... But I can't find anyway to configure it on the Trackpad bit.

I just don't understand why they would get rid of this.

It's in the same place as El Capitan. Buried in System Preferences > Accessibility > Mouse & Trackpad > Trackpad Options > Enable dragging
