I kid.

Only thing I can think of are smart glasses. Considering how limited the apple watch was for 3 generations, I would say it'll be until Mid 2020's until we see anything really cool.

In terms of anything that we don't already know about through leaks which will blow us away, I would say that's just a blatant lie, and he's full of ****.

I don't need to be blown away, I just need something that is enough of an advance over what I have that it's worth spending money on it.

I have had $10K set aside for the past 3 years waiting for something to make me have to spend it. My Mac Pros are getting long in the tooth, but I wasn't about to buy a trash can, my iMacs still have plenty of headroom and aren't even cosmetically different. Apple Watch not worth spending to get tiny amount of extra screen.

As successful as they have been there have to be billions of dollars that they left on the table because they aren't making anything that is any better than what they made years ago.

And PS, I'm pretty sure they are going to screw up the new Mac Pro by trying to "blow us away" instead of just giving an updated box with modern components, which is what most of us Mac Pro users really want.

Tim Cook likes to talk a lot of smack directed to Google about privacy, but basically everyone uses Google as their search engine. Maybe if Cook put his money where his mouth is, he’d have Apple create its own privacy-centric search engine. As things are now, it doesn’t even matter if you use Safari because Google still sees all.

If the new products will blow me away, is there any reason to by the current products?

Also, the moment Apple start making monthly charges etc. for their ecosystem something mandatory rather than optional is the moment I leave it.

Tim “What’s in the Pipeline Is Amazing” Cook.

He was saying the same stuff back in 2012-2013 and all we got were the Apple Watch, HomePod, AirPods, and some incremental improvements to iOS products.

Apple Watch and AirPods are both pretty damn great. It would take something pretty amazing for me to like it more than either of those. Let's hope it happens.
