Actually I never purchase anything based on a CEO. I look at the product quality, features and dependability. They could do the presentation using Wile E Coyote and I wouldn’t care.

My care only extends to being happy he won't appear.

Let's move on from him as much as possible at this point.

(yeah, he's behind the scenes still pulling strings unfortunately)
Yes indeed, living in the past serves no purpose.

It's not about what the previous CEO did or didn't accomplish, but rather the new opportunity that is presented with this changing of the guard.

Rather than rely on various articles, reports, etc about the new CEO, taking a wait and see approach is just and fair. Give the new man a chance to settle in, assess the situation from his new position, and conduct business as he sees fit.

I welcome this change, it's a new era for the Cupertino company.

It will no doubt be a "breakthrough" presentation.
I just now stopped watching when the breathtaking next generation breakthrough of the mechanical aperture upgrade in the 18 went into detail. These event “presentations” have become so stale and detached from “reality”. They are infomercials at best and indicative of the growing distance between the company and the customer. Has someone told Apple that the pandemic is over? I am going to watch the rest tonight at 2x speed.

The guy wearing the wrinkled shirt, trying to appear "just like the rest of us".
