iOS Time protection algorithm

Hi,

I want to make swift project which allows to do something only after 2 hours. I will get time and date, if 2 hours has passed, I will allow but people can change the time in settings.

How can I inhibit it?

By the way,

I don't wanna use internet for this job. Because, I can, also, look at the located time from internet and compare with phone's time but I wanna do it with offline(without internet).

IIRC, mach absolute time only gets reset by a device reset (power off and back on).
