I have a stainless steel Apple Watch series 4 with a crack in the screen and so far I’ve set aside $700 for the next Apple Watch. I was hoping to get the series 7 titanium and would be disappointed if they discontinued it. Is there a more premium material they could use?

Nice - I should sell my Titanium now before the next Series comes out. 
I love all the people that are like “you can hand down a traditional watch for generations.” Uh okay, and?
The Apple Watch does a lot more than tell the time, stop being so obtuse. It’s like when people bring up how much battery life old Nokia bar shaped cellphones had in comparison to the iPhone.
Okay one did phone calls and texted on a tiny black and white screen and the other is a computer that fits in your pocket. Of course the iPhone is going to have worse battery life.
I don’t wear a traditional watch cause I have a phone. The reason I wear an Apple Watch is for all the features that aren’t available on a traditional watch.

No, I meant maybe that person thought the inquiry should have been sent to someone much lower down the chain instead of "bothering" the CEO about it. Hey, I have no problem with your comment - just guessing why that person might have hit "dislike", since you were wondering.
The same could be said about absolutely any other Apple product.
I seriously doubt that THE Tim Cook, Mr Apple, ever reads those emails. I'm sure he has a team that reads them, and sends them to the proper department/division, or just drops them in the trash.
I'm sure he gets thousands of emails a day, and sorting them, and just scanning them for important information would take a lot of time. He has better ways to use his time as head of Apple. I remember an article about jobs email volume, and it referred to it as being amazing how many people emailed his office.
I would never expect to receive an actual phone call from Mr Cook. And, yes I have received responses from previous emails to his office, but not from him.
