Same… The Camera Control button is supposed to be made out of sapphire, so I don’t think it will scratch easily.
Same here, I'm leaning on the return policy if I don't like it.

I may also add that I have ordered a Sheath for a 16 Pro Max but will never receive it before 20/9. How long have they had? They even got the specs from Apple. It's another epic fail from Caudabe, like last year.I wrote Caudabe yesterday asking what their return policy is should there be any issue with the cutout around the iPhone's camera control button. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we do have a 30 day return/exchange policy. As mentioned in our previous email, our goal was to design a cutout that would enable users to easily access and use the Camera Control button, but wouldn’t be grotesquely large, especially given the slightly awkward placement of the button on the phone itself. The cutout was designed to work seamlessly and so functionality shouldn't be an issue here.

I agree, sapphire glass is very strong and the button itself looks like it's recessed. All of the Caudabe cases have a reasonably sized cutout as far as I could tell. I'm sure they'll work fine. I made a last minute decision last night to upgrade and I picked up a Synthesis and Paragon after my preorder went through. Very excited about the phone and the cases. Same annual dopamine hit every time this year.
Well, I live in Europe so my sheath won‘t be here on the 20th, either… So I bit the bullet and also bought the cheapest Amazon case + Screen combo I could find, this should get me through the first couple of days…
Might have to do that myself. That is some ******** if they are taking people money and don’t even have it right now. They clearly note a certain color is shipping later. Nothing about the others though.
Hopefully no ring indentation this time. I'm put off buying a Sheath again until I know it's fixed.
The button location is def awkward. It should have been further towards the bottom of the phone
I’m left-handed so have a different perspective on the button placement. I’m guessing it will be somewhat awkward for both left and right handers, but if it was lower my fingertips would fall directly on the button possibly causing all sorts of issues. I think they may have placed the button where they did to accommodate both left and right handers.
