My watch left Japan yesterday, out for delivery this morning.
Same situation as you. Still showing it's in Korea. Not delivery date any longer, but if I call it says it's scheduled for Thursday. 1 extra piece of info. When I woke up this morning at 5am and I called UPS it said no delivery date. So something has changed. I still won't be surprised if I get another "update" but trying to be hopeful. Just hope that it never got scanned on way out of Korea and is in Alaska by now.UPS is still showing no delivery date but the latest movement was that it arrived in Korea. There is a flight scheduled from Korea to Anchorage, AK this morning at 8:55 AM EST so I'm hoping my phone made the flight. If that's the case, there's another flight from Anchorage, AK to Louisville, KY landing in KY at about 12 AM EST. So if that's the case, I should have my phone tomorrow.
When I called the 800 number for UPS and used their automated system, I was told my package was scheduled for Thursday. So it looks like that matches up.
At this point, I have zero level of expectation for UPS so if it gets here tomorrow then it does.
Looks like the flight left Korea this morning around 9:24 AM EST and is due to land within the hour at 4:32 PM EST. That same flight is leaving Anchorage around 7 PM tonight to arrive in Louisville early tomorrow around 1 AM. If our phones are on these flights, there's a very high chance we'll get them tomorrow, as packages are delivered to all local hubs once they reach WorldPort in Louisville.Same situation as you. Just spoke to someone from UPS that supposedly was an Apple specialist. He said reason we have no dates is that until it hits US they won't update. He said it's going from Korea and that Louisville is next stop. He didn't mention Anchorage but not sure the plane could go from Korea to Louisville direct. He said I will get it tomorrow. Still not convinced until I see an out for delivery update. How do you know flight info for our packages? Hoping that our group missed a scan or the tracking info has yet to update...otherwise that means we're still stuck in Korea.
Unfortunately UPS customer representatives are not helpful at all and provide incorrect information. I was told by two different representatives that my phones would be here today, no exceptions. Lo and behold I am still phoneless. The phones should be traveling from Korea to Anchorage where there will be a two or so hour layover and then they will make their final leg to Louisville for final sorting and delivery to all of the local hubs.Just spoke to someone from UPS that supposedly was an Apple specialist.
