Tonight 1am order online for in store pickup Saturday

the guy at the apple store told me to check back all night... but they also said they were getting another shipment of phones tonight...might wait in line... also i asked about how fast the 6 plus sold out they SAID 2PM!! f---ing kidding me 2pm I WOULD HAVE WAITING IN THAT LONG AS LINE

I had to clear the browser cache ("reset Safari") and go back to the page for the Check Availability link to appear again.

I tried a different browser, and clearing cache/cookies. No luck. On the "bright" side of that, at least this seems to be a dead lead and I'm not missing out on anything.
 
Asked genious bar near closing and they confirmed 12 AM MST. Will know in about 40 minutes. They were bringing tons of phones out from the back at closing. Hoping these will be available for tomorrow.
 
I'm wondering if it's because the system hasn't been updated yet.

Those planes didn't land too long ago. Probably takes some time to unload and distribute them phones.

It IS from 12am to, what, 8am? Or 8pm?

At any rate, it's the timeframe where the inventory for the store is recalculated and then reservations are placed for pickup later.

Where are you located? In mountain time zone?
 
I have the "Check Availability" option but there are no phones available at any stores in my area, regardless of carrier, size, or color.

I left my local store near closing and there were a ton of iphone boxes behind the Genius Bar. Hoping these puppies will become available in 30 minutes.
 
I wonder if this is another repeat of last Friday's preorder fiasco. Maybe Apple is having a difficult time getting their servers updated tonight, too, and it'll be up in a few hours.

Ugh I've been up too long and staring at MR and order summary screens. :eek:
 
I was told 12pm local time. Its way past 12pm EST and nothing.... not sure another 30 minutes for mountain time is going to make a difference.
 
Tried a few tricks to view in Miami to check to see if it is a midnight deal and no joy any way shape or form. System may not have been updated, rep also told me 12am local.

12pm? I'm hoping you heard 12am otherwise that would explain everything, or I'm just really tired and getting am/pm backwards...and I'm probably overthinking this. Must be the tylenol /w codeine I'm on for my buggered up leg.

SORRY I meant 12 am. That shows you how tired I am.. ugh
