top model is AT&T, bottom is Verizon. The verizon has all the bands that the AT&T model has. so even if verizon itself doesnt support the bands on their network, the device should be able to handle it.
That said, I am a little nervious about it until I have it working on my account. I called Apple and they confirmed it would work, the AT&T guys said there was the band issue but they didn't sound as confident.
