Tonight 1am order online for in store pickup Saturday

My Contract is finally up today (oct 1st) Whoopiee!!

Does anyone know if I order my new Iphone 6 for store pick up can I trade in my Iphone 5 when I pick up the 6 and put the trade in towards the new phone?

The whole key to all this is when the UPS (or fedex?) truck comes. That's what you need to find out. In my experience, they don't like to tell you (or aren't supposed to) but some will.

Often you're better off going later in the day. For my store it was late morning ish and if they get a 2nd delivery, maybe 3pm ish cst.

So between the lovely istocknow/live and that info - it helps with the odds. But it would be nice to have a UPS truck tracker LOL
 
its crazy that there is little to no inventory for the verizon iphone 6 plus space gray 64gb. This is the one that I want in south florida but have seen nothing on istocknow for the past few days.

Its a conspiracy I tell ya....;)
 
Store stock

Hey guys, I just came back from the Apple Store at The Falls (FL) I can confirm that the inventory that they had was exactly what it's shown on the pick-up in store page.

If you are buying at full price, you can buy any carrier option (except Sprint). It doesn't matter, it comes unlocked anyway. I got a Verizon Gray 6+ 16gb and I am using it with T-Mobile.

The search is not over for me yet, I think I am going to need to swap mine for a 64gb but at least I have 14 days to find it before the return window closes.

That's such a blower to hear. I figured as much though. I called and asked a apple rep and she said the something, that online pick up inventory reflects store inventory.

She said the only time that it differs is if they haven't logged in the phones in inventory yet or if they got a return. She bet her money that those situations are more rare than common though.

No, the store i went to yesterday showed stock, went there stood in line for 20 minutes before getting my reservation pass for the exact model that was showing on ISN.

Nope, but if you see the stock online, you can probably go to the store and get it at full price. I picked up mine at 8:30am (EST) and there is actually more in stock now at 11:00 am. So stock is catching up.

I saw that for the iphone 6 space gray 16gb in my area, but would like they 64gb.

Does apple do monthly plans for full price or do you need to put down the whole amount
 
Can you order an iPhone 6 Plus on contract with AT&T and do personal pickup and then switch and buy outright full retail once you get to the store? Since you are unable to do so online?
 
After a long period of calm, emails are leaving again. Not a lot, but every minute something goes out.

No, you cannot switch at the store like that.
 
Man, this sucks that you can't pre-order for full price online for in-store pickup. I don't want to drive 35 minutes to find out they don't have them anymore.
 
What I find interesting is that if you zoom out of the map, there seem to be a ton of AT&T 6+'s in silver (any size) across the nation. There's also quite a few golds across the U.S. but still less than silver. When you switch the filter to gray, it's nothing but red pins. I understand it's the most popular color but I'm hoping the empty inventory is a sign that there is a big shipment of gray coming soon. Maybe it's just wishful thinking...

I can't speak for how it works with AT&T devices but I did just this yesterday with a Verizon phone. I'd be surprised if Apple would allow this for one carrier but not for another.
 
Yup, there seem to be quite a few Silver and Golds available! Either everyone (including myself) is holding out for the Space Gray, or Apple can't seem to produce them fast enough! I'm hoping for an early afternoon shipment to the Austin Apple Stores today...
 
Just bagged me a 128gb silver iPhone 6 Plus at the highlands village Apple Store in Houston via the Apple Store app, collecting soon !

They had silver after opening? Thinking about going by after work, let us know! Wanting grey but might just give in

I did it. It,worked,for me and my fiancé did it the next week
 
After cancelling my online order three times in hopes of finding with locally, I will be bowing out of this rat race. Honestly, I should have just left my original order alone. The ETA was late next week but I unfortunately convinced myself of "I probably could find one easily in the stores by the time my order comes in" A week later. Nothing. Still hard to find a SG 64gb 6. Now my stupid order is expected to coming by late october.
