Tonight 1am order online for in store pickup Saturday

just tried and it does not give you the option. and when i was in the app store they told me the only one with the full price is T-mobile !! this is why i am insisting on tmobile !

Tmobile is the only option if you want to reserve for in-store pickup at full price off contract. There is not such option on Apple.com for AT&T and Verizon iPhones.

What he said. It sucks. They should let you pay full price for other carriers too online so we can reserve for pickup instead of trying to beat scalpers in line. Must be an agreement Apple has with them. They're all the same damn phone with the exception of Sprint.

Not sure if you have gone thru this whole thread, but there was one guy who mentioned that he was able to get full price phone after exchanging the contract phone he bought online for pickup at Apple store. You may want to try that way. if it doesn't work, you can cancel your order.

that would give a false hope and tension just wishing that they do switch it !!
at what time did you see the update in stocks on apple store in texas ??

That's more than what I would call "constrained" - that's sounds like they're just not ramped up at all. I mean look at everyone trying to find the plus and a large store is only getting a few? Sadly it also just fuels the scalper market.

I'm curious too to how the store is able to update at midnight/early morning when the store is already closed.

I managed to get a 6+ that I wanted (its ready for pick up).

I'm just curious because I remember after I ordered my phone, the store availability said it wasn't anymore. I'm going to assume that I got the only one. I'm curious to where did that iPhone 6+ come from.

I haven't seen anything in last 40 hours or so. before that, I saw some (Monday night Tuesday morning).

It's not false hope... It may still work out... up to you.

Curiosity killed the *****. ;) Be happy that you got what you wanted. It's always going to be a mystery about the stock updates and the time it updates.

I had one in my cart for check out around 12.15 AM which did not go thru and one around 3.30 AM which also did not go thru. Both of them got error of final checkout. First one was on Apple Website, second one was on Apple store app.

I am eligible for an upgrade with att. If i order online and then find a phone in stock online at my apple store can i order the second phone at subsidized price and cancel original order provided it hasnt shipped?

You will need to cancel your previous order and wait for your upgrade eligibility to reset before you can pick up in-store at subsidized pricing.

I feel you dude! **** happens. But in the end, it's just a phone. But bloody awesome phone :) Been using 6+ which I pre-ordered and got it on launch day and I must tell you it is awesome. My old 5s seems so tiny now :)
