I can't get the battery status of my Airpods pro to show on my watch. When I swipe up while paired it shows the percentage of the watch and the option for reserve mode and nothing else. They're paired with my iphone if that makes a difference.
you have to open the airpods case first, then swipe up and press the battery button. then the airpods should show.

Unfortunately I can't get on with my set of AirPods Pro. They don't sound as good as the original AirPods to me and don't fit my ears as well. I've tried all the silicone tips and the medium is the best fit for me, however they hurt after 10 minutes of use because of the size of the speaker piece, it's much larger in the ear. I like the noise cancelling a lot and it works much better than I expected, however I've been using my original AirPods more because they're easier to put in and take out. There also seems to be a better bass response in the old AirPods, which is preferable to me since I mainly listen to Drum & Bass music. I'm sad to say I'll be returning my AirPods Pro. :(

it's branding, when you see those bright white things in peoples' ears you know what they are right away...

Pro AirPods Pro tip tip: for an improved seal and better sound make sure to put the left AirPods Pro AirPod in your left ear and the right AirPods Pro AirPod in your right ear.

I'm wondering, how well will these features (like the one-AirPod usage with ANC) work with Android phones? It would be great to see a writeup of that too (maybe as a page 2 thing). I still have an iPhone 6S I could use to modify settings, but don't actively use it anymore.

From what I understood of the 1st gen AirPods they worked fine with Android but some features just couldn't be accessed.

PS: In case anyone asks, I'm mainly on MacRumors for the Mac part :) I was an iOS user too but had to move to Android when Apple broke the 700 euro barrier. I still use Macs and some other Apple products. I'm interested in the AirPods because they seem to be the only true wireless ones that really do Bluetooth right.
Get Beats Pro, can't go wrong, really. I have both and there's little to no difference so why add a potential headache of propriety.

The AirPods Pro gave me the worse experience ever with a set of headphones. Taking them out of the case required a trip to the Apple support website. I ran the Ear Tip Fit Test because the AirPods Pro kept falling out while I sat at my desk working. None of them fit properly.
