I post in waves - over the summer I'm doing fieldwork and rarely post...during the winter (especially during breaks in seminars) I post often, too much in fact.

I doubt I'll ever be in the top 50, I can't type that fast. :D

Excellent observation Cassie! ;) :D And don't forget the 22.5 posts per day average either... :p

Aye, I won't deny the high post rate, but it has fallen 1.3 PPD over the past few weeks. And will likely continue to fall over the next few months. I'll honestly be surprised to see myself in the top fifty any time soon.

Who knows though?

One things for sure, I think Captain Bastard is in the top fifty to stay. :p :D ;)

In slow motion, of course, so we could actually see the fingers furiously typing, rather than just a blur of motion over the keyboard.
Yeah, now that I think about it, MJ would probably look like he is not moving because he would be moving/posting so fast! ;)

You've got a long way to go my friend. ;) Perhaps I'll change my Location to: "The first 15,000 posts were just the beginning..."
Wow... what a bastard! ;) :p :D
I must admit that another name came to my mind! ;)

Then again, I would expect nothing less from ~Shard~! ;) :p :D

Yeah, but in 6 months, you've gotten 3000 posts or so.

Keep up that rate you'll be there in no time.

3000 in six months isn't terribly hard. 500 a month, 17 or so a day. i know i've made nearly 4000 at one point in six months.

I can't fathom posting at that rate, I'm just too busy.

This made me look at my post count and I am approaching 5,000. I didn't think I was anywhere near that.

500 a month, 17 or so a day.
Maintaining that over the long haul, though - say 2 years or more - is much more difficult. But not impossible, obviously. There are periods of time when I'll post 100 or so times in a week, but then in a subsequent week not post at all.

Oh, I thought this was posters, not Posters.
Well, that would definitely complicate the extrapolation process for Doctor Q. While it's relatively simple to predict movies - they'll almost certainly be either (1) remakes of 80's television shows, (2) remakes of previous movies, or (3) sequels to present movies - it would be difficult to predict which movie would have the best poster.

But my bet would be on the 2018 movie "McGarrett, P.I." based loosely on both "Hawaii 5-0" and "Magnum, P.I." Oddly enough, Haley Joel Osment will play the lead role.
