Most consistent users by post count
I limited the candidates to users with at least 100 posts in the last 6 months and who have been in my stats for at least the last 5 measurement periods. Then I computed standard deviations looking for the minimum values.
The most consistent poster is MisterMe, whose post counts over the last 14 six-month periods have been 576, 452, 559, 533, 466, 488, 527, 435, 669, 544, 817, 653, 563, and 549, with a standard deviation of 100. Congratulations, MisterMe!

I picked a random user, named arn, and plotted his posting rate. He made nearly 2000 posts in the first half of 2004, but hasn't broken 1000 in any 6-month period since.
