Questions

Im running the latest version of the touchpal tweak... Can someone answer a few questions??

1. HOW do we get the SPEECH to TEXT to write in ENGLISH? it always writes in chinese.

2. how do we get the automatic period? I was told to press space bar 2 times but that doesnt seem to work

3. how do we get automatic capitals at the beginning of a sentence?

Thanks to anyone who can help.. this tweak is great but if we cant get the speech to text to work, I might have to remove this...

Not sure about #1, but 2 and 3 aren't features supported

Memory leak?

Does anyone know if the TOUCHPAL TWEAK has a memory leak? dvery once in a while my phone will have the springboard crash and it says LOW MEMORY and this all started since installing thr TOUCHPAL TWEAK. This is an iphone 4S with 6.1.0 OS

Yeah, mine crashed too, and it is also a little bit laggy when turning in ladscape mod, just uninstall it, it is really buggy and those chinese keys make the iphone look cheap.

I replaced tue Chinese keys with english so all is good.... It does seem to have a memory issue as I get crashes.. It also seems to mess up bitesms and crashes that too. However, I really like it and don't want to uninstall... I hope the author fixes and makes a real english version including a fix for the speech to text....

I registered here just for this, because I really like this keyboard and this forum seems very helpful! Mind sharing how you changed everything to English? I'm having these same issues also. If only I could read the changelog on cydia...

Ok, would be greatly appreciated! I'm looking into the memory leak. and the Bitesms team is aware of the crashing issue with QR, hopefully they're working on it. I'll give update if anything happens

Please, I am begging you, how did you change those chinese keys to english? I hate them, it makes my iphone look like a cheap plastic chinese toy.

Here is where I found what you need to do. I did use photoshop to edit some of the files since I couldnt find a theme that matches what came with the version installed on my 4S

Just edit the files per this thread in photoshop and you are good

noticed there was an update recently.

i updated but still no auto caps and double space for a period which is in the app store version. still buggy with bitesms and quick compose.

it now works with swipeselection and looks like there is a new wifi option but not sure what it does.

still can't use it as default w/o auto caps and dbl space for period.

maybe next update.

• Fixed the problem where 云知声 (it's a company name) voice input only identifies the last sentence.
