Tried to replace the battery on my iphone 5, didn't work out so well...

Well, screens look to be about $65 + shipping. its $125 + shipping on ifixit. Assuming you go for the cheapest, were you willing to sell an iphone 5 for $270 + 75 (for screen) = #345?

Seems like its an ok deal.
