What’s painfully clear is Trump breaks the law as frequent as people breathing or drinking. It’s his whole career and his entire life.
Aka got shadow banned by users I suppose.
But I seriously doubt it will be that way anytime soon.
Congress is powerless. Whatever they do doesn’t mean anything anymore. Trump will rule the country using violence and executive order. It stinks, and I’m not even sure mid term election can change anything.
They could impeach him, if the Republicans could muster the courage. There are certainly more than enough “high crimes and misdemeanors” to choose from. Short of that, I agree with you. ☹️
Then there are already more than enough republicans to NOT support the impeachment for it to eventually go through. Trump can literally tear USA apart in pieces and enough republicans would still prevent him from being impeached. Heaven helps us.
Things fall out of flavour eventually. Some take longer than others.
I'm a parent to a young child and had to join a presentation about online safety held by a police officer at my child's school (This is in Australia). Social media was a big topic; but the most interesting takeaway i got from the talk was that facebook wasn't even in the top 5 platforms amongst minors today. He mentioned instagram, tiktok, youtube and a couple others i can't even remember; and then commented there's facebook but that's more of an older generation thing and they don't really see too many young users on it anymore. They then went on to talk about roblox and minecraft for another 5-10 minutes.
For a long time facebook seemed unbeatable; and while statistically they're probably still up there. That'd largely be from legacy users. In time, unless they're converting over the next generations of users it'll fade into irrelevancy.

You guys keep saying that. Trump “can” do this and do that? It’s always that word “can”. Whereas your boy Biden did everything and life moved on. And conveniently forget that Trump was President for 4 years already. As he said, he might get a cure for cancer, Democrats will still be in denial.

The law only allows for one extension but there’s a little known legal loophole called “who’s going to stop me?” that’s being applied here.

He won’t find a cure for cancer because he has gutted the CDC and NIH in favor of RFK fever dreams. He won’t find a cure for anything because he’s not smart enough.
There is no desire to ban anything. It's a shakedown. They are waiting for an envelope of the appropriate thickness.
