Wait why would you go to a cafe late at night and drink coffee? o_O Then you won't be able to sleep all night...

Obviously you don't drink much coffee! ;)

My wife can drink an entire pot before bedtime and fall right asleep. I have no issues with a quad Venti. Both of us are drinking Death Wish Coffee now, which has double the caffeine you find in ordinary coffee.

So…no issues. :D

So…Saturday morning Mac and coffee. :D

Nice having my G4 back!

Erik. I saw something really cool on a G4 Silencing thread. Someone replaced the front speaker with a potentiometer that controlled the fan speed. With the blue halo around it, you could make a professional looking fan controller in the front of your QS :)
I've actually got a fan there right now. That's the blue LED light you see in front. ;)

See the Super Bowl? It had a Death Wish Coffee Co commercial
No, I didn't watch. Football isn't really my thing.

I did know DWC was going to have a commercial though. Have to see if it gets posted online somewhere.

They had a voting thing (I voted) and got nominated for it. Which is cool, because it gets name recognition out there for them.

We have a standing monthly coffee order with them as they have replaced our everyday coffee.

During the last season of Ice Road Truckers Lisa wore a Death Wish hoodie.

Although I picked up a 30" Cinema Display Saturday for my office :D, the hunt for a sweet 17" PowerBook goes on...

I gotta order some sometime. I think I have a $5 credit on Amazon.... It isn't my thing either, just fun to have it on and invite people over. I had it playing on a second monitor (CBS was steaming for free this year) while a buddy and I played video games.
I am jealous of that 17in:eek::eek:

I love mine, :)

My son works the arctic ice road and likes to point out the fact vs fiction aspect of those shows.
They work hard to keep things safe and without a lot of "artistic license" it would be very boring to watch the drivers cruising along at 15mph max to avoid creating a destructive pressure wave.

Depends, maybe they got decaf or something. I think Coffee is nasty though,I stick with hot chocolate in the morning thank you very much.

I just love taking my Macs out of the house.

No, no decaf. Just tolerance to caffiene.

I used to be a soda drinker. I would go through a two liter once a day and a twelve pack every two days. No issues getting to sleep.

Whether it's coffee, tea or soda it's the same thing - caffiene. And both my wife and I have a high tolerance for it since both of us have drank a lot of it.

I didn't used to like coffee, but that's because my parents drank cheap swill and never used cream and sugar. So, I emulated that and thought it tasted awful. Then my wife mentioned cream and sugar and introduced me to cappucinos. The rest is history.

At least I have Macs now that can take advantage of Starbucks WiFi, and my son's PC card gives his TiBook Airport Extreme so they didn't have him cut off for long.

I was introduced to coffee the way my parents drank it, with cream and sugar. I never discovered the rich full bodied taste of good black coffee until much later in life, and I've never looked back.:)

LOL! My parents solidly drank MJB coffee throughout the 70s - until my dad had to switch to Sanka. Our garage was filled with empty MJB cans that my dad repurposed for his nuts and bolts.

No good coffee crossed the threshold of my parents house until I met my wife in 1995. At that point too, Starbucks was becoming the 'thing' and my mom who always wishes to be perceived as 'current' started to frequent Starbucks.

My dad on the other hand could drink motor oil and call it 'good'.

Thanks for the tip, have to check it out!

The previous owners of the house I'm in drank just Sanka. Holy cow, the cans are everywhere.
