I got this service free for a year with my health plan and used it twice. I just can't get into it. I really wanted to, tho. I tried... I just can't. Part of it is that I like outdoors too much, and another part is that my environment isn't conducive to using this kind of (or any such) service (small two bedroom apartment I share with my daughter).

I'm glad this works well for others, tho. I can imagine it's been superb for many folks. I like the idea a LOT, too. Good on all of you for doing it! Keep it up!
Got it included with my health plan too but plan to pay for it when the year expires. We use it 3-4 times per week - strength and rowing.

Especially great in the winter when the weather is bad. Or any time it’s raining.

Can you clear enough floor space to lay down a yoga mat? That’s all the space I could get even in a big house because of how things are laid out here. I don’t currently do yoga but I use the mat as a cushion for the other exercises I do, which is a very modest version of the workout I did in high school physical training, since I’m recovering from Covid and I’m old and beat up. That mat goes everywhere, I even drag it out on the lawn. I like to be outside, too.

I liked Betina. Dustin was not one of my favorites though.

Just need Jessica and Jonelle to stay.

To be honest I'm not surprised there hasn't been more turnover, I think this makes only 3 instructors that have left total in 2 years. Other services like Peloton have a huge amount of churn.
Peloton has only had a single English language instructor leave in the past 2 years.

This is an expensive service to run... Studios, trainers, script writers/plan creators... And a constant demand for new material to keep everybody interested.

Here in the UK Apple ask £10 a month for it or bundled with Apple One for £15 a month (£20 a month, in reality, because you're going to want to share it with your family).

It's a luxury product that Apple's trying to sell to the mainstream. I think they've miscalculated here, which could be why they're contracting.

It also feels like one more of these wealthy white people projects Apple seems keen on nowadays.

Apple Fitness is only bundled with the £29.95 Apple One tier.

Why is there so many negative and ignorant comments?

If it wasn’t for Fitness+ I wouldn’t be in to fitness. One thing I like about this service compared to other things I’ve tried (not tried peloton) is the personality of the trainers. They make me want to exercise.
Shame we are losing these two, but thankfully all their content will be staying.

Why is it that people who don't exercise are always surprised to find out there are (lots and lots) of people who do exercise?
No, don't go painting with such a superior, holier than thou brush there.

I exercise, and am surprised.
My own exercise — Yoga in the studios with other people, Cycling on the road and hiking in the hills.

I am — and will continue to be — surprised that people will exercise all by themselves in a room with just a TV or a computer following along with an over-hyped, over-energized stranger… 🤷🏻‍♂️

I am even more surprised that some people on here seem to develop profoundly deep affections for these trainers.

But, that's just me.

They should have at least one instructor with a sense of irony, when I used Fitness+ I found the enthusiasm of instructors a bit terrifying and I wondered if it was due to medication.
Yes! Agree.
Like an Apple Event on steroids…

Because some people are introverts and prefer their own company? Or maybe don’t have the confidence to go to a gym and this helps them build confidence all whilst getting fit in the process?

Thanks.

However, I'm an introvert. Yet I still prefer a qualified instructor in real life to adjust or help me get things right.
There is only so much you can gain from a generalised pre-recorded "show".

How many years since this service was announced and still no support on the Mac?
