I will go in store to pick it up... 
Well the 3G one is the one I need, but can't wait any longer for it so oh well...
So in reality the little girls will be watching their shows on them (instead of our iPhones) whilst their older brothers are stuck with their tiny touches

me to. Strange that the ipad has a deliver by date of 4/3 but the case has a "ship by" date of 4/3.
Hope they come at the same time.
That's what I'm wondering. I've checked MBP's, MP's etc - not a thing changed.
And the MBP webpage still describes it as a 'new' product line.

Nope. I'm buying one to do the things the iPhone's screen just isn't up to, for me. It's too confining for extended surfing and reading, and there's many times where I just don't want my MBP on my lap. I'll also enjoy the creative apps (new iWorks suite, Brush, etc.). It'll be a supplement to my MBP & iPhone (surprisingly, the same slot Apple's trying to market to). There's also an undeniable "cool" factor involved - and that's worth something to me.
Anyway, there are a bunch of threads asking "Why are you buying an iPad?" already, so no need to further hijack this thread. Time to check the Store site again!
Yes My Touch can read my Comic book files using the Comic Zeal App. But I hate having to zoom and scroll around. With the Ipad I can display an entire page, it's a good example for the need of a larger screen
I made it rain gift cards all over that store and got the 64GB Wifi on order with the case and power cord(which delivers late April). Sucks there is not corporate or educational discount.

Thanks, I just saw that when I refreshed. But man is it buggy. Took 10 tries for the "Reserve" link to actually go anywhere, and now there's no stores in the drop down box.
'International orders for both Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi + 3G iPad lines in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland and the UK will begin shipping in late April as well, although Apple has yet to announce a date that it will begin accepting pre-orders in those countries...'

Americans get everything first...and then theres a small side-note right at the bottom about the ipad for rest of the world...NOT impressed....Don't forget your other fans Apple, we're all waiting!!!
Then when UK get a price it'll be more expensive, it'll probably be delayed to give our allocation to America..it's ridiculous.

)Doesn't work for me. I can only select my state but there is no option to pick which Apple Store in VA.
AppleCare Protection Plan is only two years – like the iPod Touch and iPhone, but still. Shorter life span than Mac Book (Pro) I guess.
If anyone else is having trouble, I loaded it in Safari and it worked. Never had trouble with Apple's site before...? Maybe I had a half-finished version cached or something.
The best bit is when the Australian Apple store went down too, then came up...and absolutely nothing had changed
Ok there are changes to the ipad mini-site. Also says aussie price starts at $499!! Seems unlikely: must be a mistake.
