U.S. iPad Pre-Orders Set to Begin at 5:30 AM Pacific Time Tomorrow

Yeah I didnt see a pickup in store option at all. I just went with standard shipping. Did anyone else see pickup?
 
I am assuming a standard iPod/iPhone cable with USB wall plug will not be able to charge this since the USB wall plug for the iPad is 10w?
 
Do we have to pick the more expensive shipping (2-3 days $12.00) for it to deliver on April 3rd? It seems free shipping will work also.
 
Oh yeah, still no notification emails from Apple about it being available. Even had put in two different email accounts for notification... :mad:

Thank goodness for MR, otherwise I wouldn't have known :p

Smaller profit margin :rolleyes: How do you figure that? When you go to sell this thing when V2 is out its still going to be the same difference in pricing.
 
just ordered a 64 with iPad case and iPad doc. i didn't see a reserve button to pick it up at the store did i miss something
 
We went through the online order process, and only see an option for shipping to my residence, not for picking up in the store. I would prefer to pick it up in the store rather than waiting the extra coupla days for shipping.

Anyone else notice this?
 
DONE!!!

Now there's a problem. I am having it sent to an APP/FPO address through a forwarder so I'll get it while I'm overseas for six weeks. But the keyboard dock and AC adapter aren't shipping until late April and I'll be coming home around then! Grrrrr..

I'll wait a few days, then call Apple to rearrange my order so the late stuff comes to my home on a separate order, while I hope to have the iPad in my hands around the 10th of April while I'll be in Guam.

Can't wait!
 
Couldn't find the reserve for in-store option :/ Not taking my chances. It said delivers on 4/3.

64GB WiFi plus case and vga adapter PREORDERED!
