You can order the Max as a built to order option with 10% off with the same discount if you want to just upgrade memory or storage. Obviously you’ll just join the Apple queue, so wouldn’t arrive until mid/late December at a good guess.KRCS are doing a BF 10% discount on the new MacBooks with their additional warranty cover on top ie no need to spend extra on Apple Care.
Not a bad deal at all! No Max 14" models, however.
Also worth pointing out that their warranty isn’t quite as comphensive as AppleCare but plus being only two year breakdown rather than three years with accident damage. Then again it doesn’t cost £249/£349 for 14/16 inch and can always buy direct from Apple if that matters.
Must admit at those prices I’m tempted but can’t decide whether to upgrade RAM to help with coding and VMs, along with lightroom for personal use.
