Can't lose being first in line.At least one Apple Store in the UK is anticipating an unusually high volume of footfall in the fall and holiday period of next year, a time frame that is expected to include the launch of the iPhone 15 lineup.

That’s usually how a retail job works. The busiest season of all. But I agree, it does kinda suck. Not being able to take time off during the entire holiday season of December/Early January is kinda messed up.
The 14 Pro over the 13 Pro has a new chip, increased screen brightness, always on display, dynamic island, 48 mega-pixel camera, adaptive true tone flash, action mode, autofocus on front-facing camera, bluetooth bump, satellite connection, longer battery life, new colors, and all at the same price. Wondering what you were expecting?Well there wasn’t one this year, so maybe next year there will actually be a new iPhone 😉
What about those from Status Kuo?Mark Gurman will suddenly “leak” September 15th as the launch date for iPhone 15 and it will be “confirmed.” 🤣

The new chip is at the best a rebranding of the A15, there is a negligible change in technology or transistor size (it’s not even a new process, despite how apple markets it). The 48 MPixel camera has been in the competition for years (despite apple fans saying it was pointless… until now), and yet it’s only on the main sensor and not the others. Old tech. The ‘ island’ is just a neat trick to hide they eyesore that is the pill shaped notch. Absolutely overhyped. Bluetooth bump is also old tech, and the satellite thing is useless for 99% people, not available anywhere yet and even when it will be available in the states it’s not going to be available anywhere else. New colours… don’t make me laugh 😂. It is the least exciting launch since the first iPhone, with the exception perhaps of XS. The price has been kept the same only in the states, it’s increased pretty much everywhere else. what did I want? Something actually new. A new cpu actually new, camera that at least goes on par with what’s been available in the competition for years. The notch gone and not replaced with a software trick. Under display finger sensor. Mm wave 5G in the non-US market. Something that gives ‘wow’ effect, which we haven’t seen in years…The 14 Pro over the 13 Pro has a new chip, increased screen brightness, always on display, dynamic island, 48 mega-pixel camera, adaptive true tone flash, action mode, autofocus on front-facing camera, bluetooth bump, satellite connection, longer battery life, new colors, and all at the same price. It's all the hard surfaces reflecting the noise. People speak louder in order to be heard and you get into a spiral of speaking LOUDER and LOUDER. They need some soft wall art / a few bean bags / acoustic tiles.I went to the Apple Store to pick up a phone case the other day and I was surprised just how LOUD it was in there. Everyone talking, and there was a Procreate tutorial being run and the instructor had to shout, and it was just all really unpleasant. The promotional photos of Apple Stores and the ads make it seem like a really calm place, like a normal supermarket and big box store. But it's not like that at all. I almost wanted to try the transparency mode on my new AirPods to quiet it down.
Eh? And this relates to the story how?Hope springs eternal? All I keep hearing about is the UK stinging from BREXIT and the horrible weather. Article this morning says 'UK isolated from rest of world'. They have had their share of problems, like we all have. Pandemic, etc...
That would make sense as there would be a lot of people wanting to see it and try it, myself included. It's probably the release of the AR/VR headset.
So you’re saying that retail employees who bust their butts all year don’t deserve a little bit of time off for the holidays? At all? Seriously? If anyone is surprised by this, especially in retail, you are in the wrong business.
You would be surprised how many people still don’t know that. It always comes as a shock to them when I tell them to wait another week before upgrading around September when talking to friends
