if the iPhone 14 orders on amazon were anything to go by, people who had preordered those only started seeing progress on the order from the Saturday after launchI fear you may be waiting a while for Amazon.
I was considering cancelling my Apple order as they offered pay in 5. But from today, the product page seems to have gone and when I was thinking of ordering, all it said was "We'll let you know when it plans to ship" meaning they won't have stock.
Others in this thread also say they have heard nothing from them or that there is no stock. I would cancel and see if anyone else will ship quicker if possible unless you are willing to wait

Sent me the same notification just now.
I have had it happen before, that when they first receive an order, they say monday to be safe, but then it does turn up friday (they also deliver saturdays and sundays after all...).
I think they dont have the package yet (or their system doesn't think they do), so that makes a difference.
Same here. I'm so used to getting the in-app notification from DPD before any despatch e-mails from the retailers.
I ordered with them an hour ago and they have delivery with Yodel coming tomorrow. Were you initally told it would arrive tomorrow on your delivery notification?
I noticed that yesterday, it was £849 but changed to £999 when you added it to basked. I assumed they were adding insurance or something - the *****

I’ve just had this too. Already spoken with DPD who have told me this is not what their backend system is saying and that once they receive the physical parcel the date should be updated to tomorrow.
