Check in My Orders on Apple's site. On Expeditors mine was showing LHR, but in My Orders I have a tracking number and an assigned carrier (UPS).

Expeditors updates stop once the package/s are handed over to the final delivery carrier, if I'm not mistaken.

The courier is still blank :( I'm hopeing they can't be too far off handing it over to them

Awesome! Are you letting it warm up first? Not sure if its nessesary or not.. Im inclined to leave it a few hours to save hurting it

Just got back home to wait for it, and nothing yet.

That's the final agony, isn't it? You finally get the box and have to leave it sitting untouched for 6 hours!

If the delivery is after midday I'm going to assume the box is cold so will give it a couple of hours to aclimatize. Before midday and it's getting half an hour...

Unless, that is, someone starts shouting better advice here!

My extra 16GB RAM turned up this morning as well, two working dates late but hey.

Oh, hand here's the antidote to the war-up wait - go watch a couple of iMac unboxing videos on YouTube - it's almost like the real thing!!! :D

Kudos man, having to wait a month for the shipping. I ordered mine 16th January, and still processing. I hope I don't have to wait 30 days..

Ah that will be a major pain! I'm going to have to go out again around 4, so need to hope it turns up before then! And if it does, i'll just wait till I'm back anyway. Its if it turns up a couple of hours before that that i'm gonna struggle haha

;) It's a dilemma... heck

But unboxing vids! Yey!

I gave mine about 15 mins max. No issues at all after.

Did it arrive cold? Was the house very warm? Was it raining? Snowing? Frozen?

Not intending to be picky but these factors count! If the box arrived at pretty much room temperature then there would be no need to warm it up (I'm assuming)

I don't know if it's necessary either, but the stand was seriously cold when it arrived.

It was delivered to work so I cant really play with it anyway. I've opened up the box and it's warming up at the moment - i'll fire it up when I get home later.

Yup, it arrived very cold and house warm. Had some light misting on the screen front and back was very cold. Gave it a little while and the misting started to clear then got fed up with waiting and turned it on. Didn't notice anything after for the screen at all.

In fact the thing runs so cold anyway I am not sure it is on sometimes (have the SSD though)!

The 'huge' thing is true - I normally like to keep the box but can't fit it through the loft hatch!

Mine has changed on the expeditors website:

21-Jan-2013 11:46:00 GMT Out for Delivery

As my delivery is Jan 24 it must be going to the final delivery carrier.

The line above this is :

21-Jan-2013 15:00:00 GMT Requested Delivery Date

So I'm guessing I'll get an update who the carrier is after 3pm. :D
