UK & EU 27 inch Delivery Thread

Dublin Ireland, Ordered 30th 9:30am, Irish Edu store was late going live so I must have been one of the first to order.

Ships: 2 - 3 Weeks Delivers 31 Dec, 2012 - 02 Jan, 2013

Now I'm wondering if it's comming from China or Cork :confused:

I did but the limit of credit card was only 2500 euro and this was not enough for the order :D
So the delivery date was pushed back to 02 jan - 08 jan

Same here... No creditcard but wire transfer. On monday the 3rd of december the delivery date slipped to 2-4 jan. Let's hope it will be shipped before the weekend!
 
Still processing, ordered around 5pm on the 30th and have dates of 28th December - 4th January.

Anyone in the same boat?

You may have received a tracking number even before you're able to track it.
This is just normal (I think) and you only have to wait for max 24h to be able to track your :apple:.

It's now been over 24 hours. It was yesterday morning it shipped

Maybe it can take a while. Mine is about 18 or 17 digits... with numbers and letters combo.

I thought on it says something along the lines of "when it arrives in the UK you can track the order", because I've not been able to get it working either.

Really infuriated I can't get any of this information for mine. It may as well be on mars, no courier has any knowledge of my delivery number
 
Tracking only updates once the machine hits a hub in the destination country. You can sometimes try the 82 number on TNT International tracking after a day or so but they mainly use UPS in the UK.

If you ordered anything with your Mac such as Applecare it will merge in transit at one of the UK hubs at which point full tracking is updated. If you only purchased a mac and nothing else sometimes the UPS tracking will work within 24 hours (1Z numbers are UPS, 82 numbers can be used in the reference box on tnt international tracking)

Macs that shipped yesterday for delivery on the 20th are still showing at the Origin Airport, due to the time difference between china and the UK it normally takes three working days from leaving china to your door!
 
I ordered my 27 inch, i5, 1TB fusion at approx 12.00 pm on 30/11 whilst on London Underground thanks to Virgin Wireless down there.

Originally due to deliver 22/12- 2/01 but shipped yesterday, and delivery is now for the 17/12 (Monday).

Tracking shows it going (via UPS) from China to Incheon in Korea and leaving there earlier today.

I live in Northern England.

May have to be working from home Monday:D

Shouldn't be long, hopefully. I did order 30 minutes after the purchase button went live.

They will be using UPS in the UK. So said the UPS man who delivered me some other Apple product yesterday..
