I've just settled my Barclay's 0% account for my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Was paying £47 a month from launch and settled for £670.30.
Is that including a data plan or is it £47 just for an iPhone?

I am not sure I have had my moneys worth out of my 13 Pro Max yet! I am keeping it at least another year. Plus that settlement figure makes me realise I much I still have to pay off![]()

My monthly payments with Barclays is £39.98 for my 13 Pro 128Gb so I'll be exactly half way through my contract come this September.
I highly doubt any new iPhone announced this year will cost less than this per month hence my choice to skip this year's upgrade (when I switched from the 12 to the 13, the cost of the 13 was actually less than the 12, so made sense to upgrade).
Wish I bought the 128GB.
The 512 is wasted on me. Don’t think I’ve even used more then 60GB!!!
My thinking was to keep the handset long term (which I still intend to do) and thought I would use it more for video etc. Maybe I got pulled into all the hype! Lol
If it happens (the VAT decrees) it will happen everywhere at the same time. So wait if you can. But no guarantees it will happen at all.How quickly do you think Apple will implement any VAT decrease (the 5% decrease rumoured to possibly be implemented)? It should be straight away, right??
Looking to buy a M2 MBA, but hoping for a VAT decrease to save some money! lol
I suspect it's part of a certain individuals' sales patter for a particular audience. There are different rates for different things though, so I guess it's possible it could be used for certain sectors that are about to be hammered by high energy costs (pubs, hospitality etc). Personally I'd be surprised at it being used for expensive imports but life constantly surprises me these days...If it happens (the VAT decrees) it will happen everywhere at the same time. Lots of the people on here are from the UK. Including me.I am just checking in with everyone. I didn't realise there was a UK thread here!

I have lost count the amount of items I purchased believing them to be a good idea at the time…… only to find them in a drawer a year or so later never used.So I purchased a new NAS for home in Feb this year. I used to have an 8 bay and I decided to downsize to a 4 bay instead, so sold the previous unit.
Purchased in Feb this year, with a warranty extension until Feb 2027, and it's been sat on my desk for several months switched off. Don't even use the thing any more!! Thinking of selling it now.......lol
If I sell that I'd sell my 10GBe switch along with it.......and then I have no need for the TB3 to 10GBe adapter I use as well....
Could put the money towards a MBA I'm planning to buy instead, and a couple of extra external USB backup drives......
Just came up with this idea tis morning......and I'm tempted to sell up!!!
It's been one of those things that's nice to have.....but then never used.......lol
Paid my mortgage off about 8 years ago
So no problem just bills to pay
Car on motability

As for Savings:- I stuck a large sum in ZOPA 90 day pot. It’s currently running at 2.25% but hopefully will get another rise at the end of the month.
