why is it just white wifi models getting the exclusive price .. something don't feel right

My guess is that someone in their IT department accidentally put the 32GB down to £265 instead of the 16GB (as the 16GB Black has gone down to £265)

Get used to disappointment...

it's a typical mis-price by DSG, they've honoured one or two in the past but I can't see them honouring this! Expect a lot of ranting and whining when they start cancelling the orders! :D

still it's worth a punt just in case!

Had a nice Starbucks and now waiting outside john Lewis Oxford circus. No queue. Funny going past regent street and checking out the relatively small queue

If they cancel my order, as long as I receive my money back promptly and don't have to wait a week or so, I'll be OK. Received an email from them saying "We are now preparing your Currys order for delivery.."

That obviously a mistake by Currys. That should be the 16gig model. Have fun getting them to honour that.

The 16GB Silver version is showing as £265 for me, not the 32GB one. If it had been the grey one, I might have tried my luck lol

It's shows on the list as £265 but if you click into the page it shows the normal price.

I also have paid online for in store pickup tomorrow at Currys Bluewater. 32GB white iPad Air for £265. Still keeping my Argos reservation too for now!

As far as I'm concerned I've paid for it and expect them to honour it now.

lol they are updating the webiste .. currys now say 32gb ipad air white out of stock 479 .. fun while it lasted

Good luck with that

Not the way it works I'm afraid - still only an invitation to treat until the funds have come out of your account. If they do an Amazon and only take them on dispatch it probably won't work.

I'll still kick up a hell of a fuss if they try to cancel my order though ;)

Says the white 16gb model is 265 now. Has to be a glitch. They'll obviously have something in their terms and conditions which gives them the right to not honour these types of glitches.

Ordered from Currys with code.

Plus get a £30 voucher. Better than what Apple offering.

Little disapointed with currys, i want the black 64gb but show to collect from store tomorrow? I want it today ,, if i went to shop im i righti wont get the £50 vouchers, dunno what to do, cant wait till tomorrow to do it online

Just ordered 16GB WiFi Space Grey from John Lewis. £399 with collection from store tomorrow and two years of warranty instead of one.

It really is worth waiting that extra day for the extra year of warranty. Plus you can collect at any Waitrose store if there isn't a John Lewis near you.

Smart covers seem to be in short supply though - John Lewis don't have any of them.

Still nada on Tesco Direct. If Currys do wriggle out of giving me a 32GB for £265, then they're my next best option...

From the Currys/PC World T&C's...

"Sometimes we have to hold our hands up and admit we have made a mistake by unintentionally publishing inaccurate information on the site (e.g. the price, description or availability of a product you have ordered). In this instance we may have to cancel your order at any time up to the point we send you the product(s), even if you have received your Order Confirmation email, and you will receive a full refund of any charges already paid."

I imagine when someone at head office rolls into work at 8am/9am, they're going to get a bollocking! :D
