I would log in and check the order status. I was in the same boat as you until approx 4 hours ago when my order went 'On Hold' and was emailed to say it wouldn't be delivered until late November.
If you've not had an email though then maybe you will be one of the lucky ones.
Unfortunately i didn’t register an account with them so there’s no way of checking my order status is there?

Maybe go on to the website and use the webchat feature to speak to an agent? Be aware, it would only work for me in Chrome, nothing was displayed in Safari.

I haven't tried AirPlay (haven't got a compatible receiver!) but the BT Sport app is pretty locked down in that sense. I may gave the AirPlay app for my Android TV a go but I don't hold out much hope.
Looking at the app description it has a Key feature of the app listed as:

* Ability to Chromecast and Airplay onto big screens (subscription terms apply).

That’s just Apple’s way of telling some people that based on their apple music history taste, they shouldn’t be allowed to play it on speaker.
They should somehow software lock playing music through your phones loudspeaker at full volume whilst a walking motion is detected. Then maybe I wouldn’t have to hear the awful rubbish the local teens listen to as they wander through town trying to look hard 😂

I'd be annoyed if I got this. I'd be down the store the next day asking for a refund or exchange, which they most likely would honour.
Had my silicone case delivered yesterday and wasn't going to open it until I got my phone however this just caused me to check.. were good!

And this Plum colour looks even better in person it has to be said! I was planning on returning it once the leather gets released but I might just keep this..

All this messing around with discount codes has made me spend yet more money!

Now upgraded my EE contract again to £33 for Unlimited 5G Data, with Apple TV, Apple Music and BT Sport. Cancelled BT Sport with Sky (£25 a month!) but am now limited to watching on my phone unless I can find some way of adding the casting add-on to my account. I don't think it's available when you receive BT Sport as an add-on though.
Can add it to your EE for £5 a month. Can cast or use Apple TV/FireTv/smart TV app. Ask for BT sport large screen

Can't you use AirPlay?
Unfortunately if you dont upgrade to large screen you can airplay, but audio only.

Yep, the app has the capability to do it but if you try to do it without the correct subscription on your BT account it errors out. The EE Smart Benefit only allows watching on the phone only.

It’s £5 a month to watch it on the big screen. You need to text SPORT to 150

Again, I only ordered 1 🤣 now there’s 3 of them

No airplay doesn’t work nor the Apple TV app unless you add the option to watch on a big screen

I’m going to try that once the upgrade goes through. There’s a few threads on the EE forum saying paying the extra £5 works perfectly if you /pay/ for the BT Sport addon but not if you receive BT as a Smart Benefit. In those cases, casting support seems to either cost £15 a month or doesn’t work at all.

I’ll give it a try when I can. I’ll be happy to pay an extra fiver but not £15.

*Edited because this post originally made no sense*
