It had what looked like a burn mark to the bottom left of the speaker/port area. It had been in a case and had a Belkin screen protector on it throughout. I took the screen protector off as requested but did place the Apple screen plastic Covering it came with back on, The DPD driver took photo and placed it in a box he had and took care of the packaging etc. It is the first time I have done this as well, usually I gift my phone,

I’m going to try my luck with John Lewis on Friday, failing that I’ll wait for AO to deliver at some point next week.

They've always looked after me, they're an authorised apple repairer / premium reseller

Never actually used the extended warranty so unsure how that actually stacks up but for no extra cost can't really complain I guess

I have no more need to Apple Products, but I might try them in the future :)

So irritating.
Tell tell me that they cannot offer a loyalty with any 5G plan. I’m gonna call again tomorrow.

So they require you to remove your screen protector? I must of missed that as part of the instructions. I keep delaying my pickup due to the fact that I may be phoneless if my pre order does not come on Friday. I would like to see the phone sealed before the driver takes it away..
 
Any website that lets you find/compare speeds of 4G providers in your area? Having a hard time deciding between EE and Sky. I’m currently on Virgin (EE) and the speeds are terrible (so too is the signal sometimes).

I'd take 2 pages sat in some warm Aussie weather near a beach somewhere in Brisbane over this tbh! Hell delay my phone for a month or two if you want aswell😂
