Does anyone know what firmware the new iPhones are shipping with? Can’t remember how it works if I’m on a different firmware than when my new iPhone arrives
I’m currently on 14.0.1 but am holding off installing 14.1 just in case

14.1. You can restore from your 14.0.1 backup but you can't restore from a backup that is greater than the phones version without updating that phone first.

I just got a DPD notification in the app too. Got really excited thinking it was AO until I realised it's for my partner's Pro 128GB in Graphite ordered from Apple. I should be pleased for her...

Just realised that now isn't a good time to give my watch a burst of power as I may miss the notification.

It's on 3%, but should get me through the next 30 mins or so. In that time I'll go from complete confidence to despair, back to never in doubt.

Even if the phone comes with 14.0.x you can update it, put on 14.1 then restore from backup
