Got the DPD email at 08:28. I don’t see an option to book a slot though. Is that gonna become available later today?

Got my DPD notification though and an email from Apple that my trade in box has been shipped, so we are all systems goooooo!

Apple must be updating their orders system. Probably bulk adding all the tracking details or something. Guessing it'll come back online shortly.

You get the slot allocated in the morning, but you can't upgrade Apple deliveries as they typically don't allow it. Assuming your order is an Apple one...
Yep - I sold my iPhone 11 Pro 256 for an amazing £849, but then had £24 deducted by PayPal and eBay will want a slice too. £11 to post it Royal Mail with insurance, all adds up but I'm happy to recoup £800+

yes you will have to pay off more after 12 months but you're playing less per month. but after 12 months both IUP or 24 month loan is the same over all. see a quck sheet I've knocked together:
so by the time you come to upgrade, in IUP you'd have paid 689.95 in total and have 508.08 left. where as with the loan you'd have paid £549.08 but have £648.92 left on the loan.
so with the 24 month option, if you're expecting to sell your phone after 12 months and that it covers the loan, then it sale price might not cover the remaining balance. save those extra pounds less your paying each month

Thank god for this forum! I just got my email that the trade in box has shipped too - went to check on Apple Store app and no orders showing and website times out.
Guessing @tomj200 is right and they're updating their shipping codes etc but man did I panic!
Same for me. I have loyalty discounts on my current plan but the most they would offer on chat was the same deals as on the website plus a one-off £10 credit to my next bill. Will try again later.
no idea but as per my earlier comments, don't do it.. people have been burnt by upgrading and then DPD not being able to fulfil.. given how busy they'll be tomorrow! then you have the hassle of getting your money back for it. just chill, wait, read the forums and it will turn up
Order status not showing at all now :-(
Hope it's updating with an earlier delivery or I might have to join the queue at John Lewis tomorrow . . . .

Yeah, it’s an Apple order. So what you’re saying is that my delivery slot has already been decided and I won’t have an option to choose my own slot or have it delivered early in the morning by paying extra?
