For those of use sending a trade in to Apple what’s the process?

- take SIM card out of old phone put in new one
- transfer across from old to new using the spinny dots picture thing
- unpair Apple Watch
- restore Apple Watch on new phone
- reset old phone (should automatically remove Apple ID and find my phone)
- put phone in box and take to post office

that’s it?

I'm doing the same thing but from my understanding you don't need to do the unpair/repair AW with the new phone. Once you've done the side by side transfer it'll automatically ask if you want to use the AW with it, you hit yes and it does it automatically. All we've gotta do is unpair from the old one once that's done.

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong but that's my understanding of it from the literature I've read and vids I've seen..! (Also a 1st timer!)

Ah man, shot myself in the foot.

Upgraded to the EE Full Works SIM yesterday. Was going to choose BT Sport, Apple Music and AppleTV as my benefits but when the upgrade finally went through it showed BT Sport as a current 'Addon' allowing me to pick three more swappables.

I wanted the casting addon, but it wasn't available online and texting 150 didn't work. I called them up and managed to get it for £5 a month but the operator had to remove the Addon and re-add it as a smart benefit. Damn it.

Oh well, I got what I originally wanted at (what I think) is a very good price. BT Sport, Apple Music, Apple TV and unlimited 5G data for £38 a month.

How did you pick your benefits already? I can’t even access the “my plan and addons” section (or whatever it’s called) at the moment... I was assuming it’d go back to normal tomorrow, but does this mean EE’s somehow broken it and I need to contact them again? 😆

Very just sent me a dispatch email!

Ordered at about 13:40pm on the day of preorder after being denied 20 times by Apple Pay within the Apple Store app and my basket being emptied and the delivery date slipping away. - Thanks Apple!

Being sent by Royal Mail though, not sure it will arrive 😂
Could I ask which model/colour/storage you ordered? Mine is still processing

That's weird, I managed to activate a 10% loyalty discount plus an additional 20% student discount.
My contract is SIM Only, 24 months.

I have £5 loyalty and 20% on my 100GB sim deal

Just ordered my Graphite 128Gb iP 12 Pro yesterday through o2 business. Wanted the blue, but the graphite was in stock and it'll look better in a navy case than the blue IMHO.

First iPhone on launch day since the 4s 8)

What's the latest update on those that ordered at the cheaper Amazon prices? Think some paid something like £850 for a 256GB 12 Pro or something and they were waiting to see if Amazon honoured the prices.

We're still waiting but looking good.

People that ordered 2 have had their orders amended to 1 off with an e-mail saying they will honour 1 order only.

Movement on my DPD tracking, saying they've received my parcel and it's going to my local depot! Should leave the depot around 11:00am.

Think I charged my phone about 10 times! Can't contain my excitement for this!

We have your parcel, and it's on its way to your local depot in Barking

I genuinely think all these orders ship from the same location and the warehouse has a split of what vendor has actually sold the product. I cannot imagine Apple distributing these to all different places for them to then send them onto customers

Mine is coming from Syncreon 'Intelligent logistics solutions' been pass it many times, quite a large building just outside Hinckley. I've had Apple iphones before via them. I'm in the West Midlands.

What’s the way if your returning back to Apple

Sign out of iCloud and factory reset it before returning to the store

Does anybody have a student code they can send me please or any other code for EE? 😄😄😄😄😄

Is anybody planning to change their phone when the Pro Max drops?

google Barclays partner finance. Dead easy to do over the phone.
Then call Apple and cancel the Apple are and you’ll get another £90 back 👍
I’m just worried that the reservation I have is for the hand in of my 11 as part of IUP.

Also will Apple in store tomorrow definitely give me the £420 they quote online? Do you just need iPhone? Do they give bank transfer or only an Apple gift card?

Anyone that ordered with currys, have you received an email to say it’s been dispatched?
I did a few minutes ago.
It's for a 12 pro 256gb graphite ordered at 1:20pm last Friday. I hope you get yours soon. Contacting the Team Knowhow on Facebook was helpful even if you only have your order number.

They are the distributor for Apple here in the UK. I mean all carrier phones and orders from likes of Very and so must ship from here too

I went through all that - I told them that BT Sport was part of the plan and showing as a non removable benefit. After being on hold for about 10 mins the operator managed to add large screen for £5 and I still have my 3 additional smart benefits.

Mine is on the way to the local depot. I guess they are all leaving the same syncrion depot.
