I paid my iUP off the other day. 10 minutes after I'd paid it off, I went onto the Store app and it told me it was all paid off and the phone was mine to keep.

Pay it off now or before you go then just tell them in store it's all paid off and you want to start afresh. I'm pretty sure you cannot trade in against iUP. If you want to trade in, you'll have to do the 0% financing option

Question for EE folks, I've upgraded anytime to a 12 Pro Silver, been told Silver is the only colour not available at launch which is fine whatever. But I can't see any details of my order or new contract anywhere in my account. Anyone know if that is normal? Same when I use the order tracker - nothing. All I have is the email from last week.

Did you place order online. My first order was online on pre-order date. I rang next day to confirm if my order had been confirmed i was told nope. So i had to place new order via phone. Got Order confirmed email with order tracking link which is very temperamental.

Just manually add the order number and phone/email to their order status That should work.
 
Thanks, do you phone Barclays to pay it off? does it take long? I’m just thinking for £70 it seems daft not to, I think your right it wrong go off IUP, and just go on a gift card, but I will use the gift card next week anyway

They are likely to be telling the truth. My iPad Air was supposed to be delivered on 23rd. I contacted them and said warehouse delivery is delayed. So they probs checked warehouse stock. fingers crossed it'll come!
 
I'm shipped with DHL. Bit disappointed not DPD. My local driver is Jamie and very nice!! lol

ETA - I haven't had a text or email to tell me shipped btw, I just checked my order online

Lucky!! What model did you order and what time did you place it? It'll probably give me an idea whether I should expect a similar message today or not

Haha I’m looking forward to seeing My DPD Driver Chris™️ tomorrow! I love that you get that familiarity with DPD (plus they’re just about the only courier that’s never let me down.)

Treated the missus to the new iPad Air (Rose Gold) just got the shipped notification for that from Curry's arriving tomorrow with DPD. Now just need my iPhone 12 Pro (Silver) to say dispatched tomorrow ready for Saturday. Here's hoping
