also with apple care if your battery drops below 80% do they replace it for free?

That's good. It'll be sorted at Hatfield and delivered to your local Service Centre overnight. Out for delivery tomorrow morning.

The ao saga continues! Only ordered 1 but have 4 deliveries due!
My Dad ordered a hard drive a few years ago and had 10 delivered. As an honest guy he called the company up. They said they’d send a courier round to collect them the next day.... no one showed up. He called again and same thing happened. Not his job to chase them, he kept them sealed for a 8 months and eventually ended up giving a couple away to his friend and my brother. Then out of the blue the company emailed to say they would need to collect the extra 9. He divided the cost of the 2 he’d given away (£120) by the number of days he’d been holding them (241) and emailed them to say he’d be charging them 49.5p per day storage fees for using his house for 8 months. They picked up the 7 and didn’t ask for the other 2!

Here’s hoping you have a similar fate!

I’d keep an eye on it. They’ve had stock coming and going for the past few hours. They certainly showed no 256 graphite pros earlier then they had some, then they went and then there was some more.

I’ve had nothing from O2 in email or sms form. Luckily I went into the DPD app I setup earlier today and saw it there as there was no notification.
The O2 order status page updated around 2 hours after it showed up in the DPD app.

what did you use to get the order?
 
How did you manage that? I just got off the phone with retentions and they wouldn’t budge. The best they were offering me was £25 for 200GB 5G then apply the student discount off that. I ended the call with my PAC code.

Wondering if I should wait until the end of the month or let the PAC expire and try again. Otherwise it’s Three moblie.
This is exactly what happened with me. Refused to give me anything at all. So I asked for my PAC

No I don’t think it was AO, but as we’ve seen with Amazon, big businesses make mistakes
Amazon are well known for making mistakes in my house, my Mrs ordered some stuff from prime wardrobe and sent back everything but a winter coat from the box. A few days later the seam split and she contacted Amazon about a replacement, they said they would refund, let her keep the coat to have repaired and gave her a £5 credit. 2 days later, no refund. Contacted them again, was refunded whilst on the phone and given a £10 credit.
It turned out the first rep didn’t refund the coat because they had credited a more expensive coat that had arrived on the morning of the phone call in another prime wardrobe order. When phoning them to find out why she couldn’t return this more expensive coat, they realised their mistake and said they were unable to fix it so she could keep the coat.
In the end 2 free coats totalling over £370 and £25 in Amazon credit, all from a popped seam that cost £6 to fix at the local clothing alterations shop!

My 2 orders for an iPhone 12 Pro Graphite for myself and an iPhone 12 Blue for my sister are now ready for collection from the Leeds Apple Store on Saturday.

Well, annoyingly, I had to cancel my reservation to pick up a new phone tomorrow morning as I have a full day of meetings and couldn’t get to the store. Hopefully, like previous years, the odd phone or two will become available before the stated date.

Fair enough mate! I’m hoping they come about 1/2pm like they usually do where I live. I’m working tomorrow but close enough to line up one of my breaks to come and take it in!
