Absolutely superb service, we can definitely recommend them next year - I only ordered two days ago (after Currys screw up)

Its the end of these brick and motor retailers...forget the price...but the service from Curry is unacceptable. Imagine if they pulled through, the amount of repeat orders the following year!

I had this situation. They send a new one but Apple won’t fit it as they will identify it as Belkins problem. Only time they will refit a protector for free is if you have had an in-warranty / AppleCare replacement.

hopefully won't need to use it but the 'genius' said they'd fit in store, will find out if it ever happens

Have a sneaky feeling mine might be arriving earlier than the time slot... Tracker just updated to say my driver is 2 hours away from me and is only 40 deliveries away from mine already...

I’ve literally got to the Bromley store 20 minutes early (slot is at 9:45) - time now is 9:20 and they’re turning me away saying I need to come back at exactly 9:45!

yup, turn up on time.. they're limiting people in the store and you won't get bumped up if you're early as they'll have people who are due at that time in already.

That Graphite looks Gr8, Shame the Pacific Blue did not have a Grey/Black Lens.
I think if you are going to use with a case and the only part that show is the lens, except clear of course and the Sleeves when they become available

ah just caught up! yeah the staff are as usual clueless. make sure its one for the 12! on her apple sales terminal its under films and not where they usually look for it

What was weird, is that I showed him the one on the app and that I could reserve it using self checkout and he said ”Oh, we don’t fit those”. Apparently they don’t fit the boxed units, only the ones that come in the thin packs. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Anyway, they found the right one after a few tries and all was well again.

The only thing is, I was really looking forward to the blue, but it‘s a lot greyer than I was expecting.

Also, the white/silver combo is really nice in the flesh, really nice...

When I ordered on Wednesday, I really wanted the blue but it wasn't going to be delivered for two weeks. I always buy blue cases and the lens looks far better on the Graphite with the blue case IMHO, plus it meant I got the phone today 8)
