I think people who go caseless are going to like this phone... it feels a lot more secure as the figures don't roll off the side of the phone!

Love the silver but I have to say I was impressed with the blue 12 Pro... actually, there isn't one colour this year that I'd say no too. The gold looks great as well!

I'm not paying over £1k for a phone with a defective screen.

What is defective about it? Looks like one is on Nightshift (warm).

That’s not to do with Nighshift settings is it where the screen looks warmer? Checkout the settings just incase

Maybe not quite so exciting as people getting their phone today (I am bitter and jealous!) but my iPhone 12 Pro 128Gb Blue from Apple due on Wednesday 28th has just changed from Processing to Preparing to Ship.

I wonder where these ship from.

My order is still at 'Sit Tight' and Live Chat thought it may still come today! - no Hope. Weird how some work & some don't - all of my previous iPhones have come from Apple-direct & I'm not going off-piste again.

Haven't had one either yet. Ordered at 1.38pm. It's probably just to do with your location. Maybe they get dispatched a little later if you're near a big depot (I'm in London).

I actually live about a 5 minute drive from my local amazon distribution centre, when I return things to them I even get the refund the same day, so I wonder if this plays a factor - Also means that I never have Royal Mail or DPD deliver my amazon orders, is always the same bloke in his none branded Renault car/van hybrid thing

'tis a shame John Lewis stock tracker doesn't doesn't show the phones physically in-store (as pictured above in Southampton). I'm in a queue with their Live Chat to ask if they can see any better internally.

Absolutely - I was almost outside the Edinburgh store this morning but was put off by the no store stock messages. I know JL process orders quickly so went for delivery instead as there wouldn't have been enough time to cancel

For some reason on my new iPhone 12 Pro I am no longer bale to download apps from the store using faceid, everytime I try I have to input my password - ive got all the relevant settings on that need to be and have even tried turning them off and back on - when it does allow me to use faceid it follows it up straight away by asking for my password, never had this issue in my iPhone X

Anyone experienced this or any suggestions?

Don't... go into settings and turn of True Tone first. I think you'll find it is that. I noticed mines white balance is warmer but I'm used to seeing that as that's how my monitors are setup to colour grade footage and stills. Switching off True Tone returns it to a cooler white balance!

It could well be that True Tone is more aggressive with the new phone compared to the older ones!

Its not on nightshift, that's what defective- both phones are on exactly the same settings - iPhone 12 pro is ridiculously yellow just like the pre order 7 I had when they came out.

I think we have this every year - something to do with the glue still setting and the yellow will disappear over a short period of time?

Don't give up , I have had dispatch emails as late as near midnight and still it arrives the next morning.

There have been times that I order at 10pm and order is with me next day, if someone has the capacity to do this, then this is Amazon....

Touch wood if your order still says 'tomorrow by 8pm' there's still hope, others have had their delivery dates changed

Nope screen is yellow with TT on or off - its actually worse than it looks in the photos.

When I had this with my 7 they replaced the phone - I'm just annoyed they are still trying to get away with it and I have a 1 1/2 round trip to the Apple Store and pay for parking etc.

Same, but I'm not worried.

Most of my Amazon purchases don't give me dispatch notifications until after midnight on the day of arrival, especially when the stock is coming from a local depot. I have three within a 10-mile radius.

Absolutely love the Pacific Blue. One thing has got me tearing my hair out, how do I get my M4r custom ringtone onto my new iPhone.
I've been on it over an hour, I have a M4r file that is on my MacBook Air, it is under 20 seconds long, it worked on my 6S but I can't get it onto the iPhone 12.
I've asked Mr Google and been down several rabbit holes of outdated advice. I've tried drag and drop, copy and Paste add to iTunes all without success.
Am I being a Numpty ?
