It seems there are a few of us that have come a cropper on the Welsh lockdowns. I had a 11 Pro Max 256gb on the upgrade program. In the end I decided to sell it on Facebook and got £800(inc Apple care+), settled the finance of £571 and am going to do the 24 month instalment plan as I can't get to an Apple store (legally) to use IUP. I am assuming apple will do the pre approval the day before pre orders. it was nice to get £230 back back in my pocket rather than accepting apple would just settle the old IUP cost. I am going for the Pro Max again ....
It’s definitely not working for some reason..I have this one from Amazon and it worked fine overnight, I had to change the position slightly from how my XR used to sit though.

Quick question: when doing the apple trade-in by post do you just put your phone in the cardboard and put the label on?

If i want to start a new upgrade programme i need to go in the store. So if my local has them in on Monday which option do i choose in the app? It is only giving me pay £999 or the 24 month loan option. How do I order to store for the upgrade programme?

If you are already on IUP, using the Apple Store app on your current iPhone and clicking on “For You” should show your eligibility to upgrade and then you go through the process to select what you want and confirm a reservation. The issue for me was finding an available reservation time, which you only discover at the last step.

How do you see 'My Orders' in your EE account? I can't find this at all, all I have is my original order email and chat support confirming my order. Supposedly should be here within 14 days of Oct 16 but who knows, support seems to tell you anything to get rid of you lol

Mine looked horribly yellow during set up (transfer from my existing phone) but seems it come out of the box with true tone on and when setup was done, it was fine.
