Anyone with a MagSafe charger, do they recommend? Can't seem to find them in stock anywhere?
Finding it a bit awkward to use the phone at the same time, it doesn’t seem to charge very well if using the phone at the same time, the cable length is restrictive - it is only just long enough for my current use. And it will apparently leave marks in the leather case (which I plan to buy).

Probably going to return it as I don’t think it’s worth the price I paid.

I had been tempted to move up the the Max this year but I’m happy i chose the 12 Pro. The small increase in screen size from my 11 Pro is noticeably better while retaining a more pocketable size phone.

I don’t use the phone on any wireless charger and I don’t think the MagSafe is meant to be used like that. Because its a slower way of charging its best to leave it alone really. If you want to use the phone plug a normal charger in.

See, the mini would be perfect for me size wise, because I have really small hands, but I would eat through that battery with everything that I do on there, so i've gone for the pro. I think the Max would be too big for me, i'd hate having to hold something that big against my ear lol!

Ooooo I just checked .. delivery still showing at 2nd November but money was taken from my account on Friday! Arrival must be imminent (even though that’s tricky to spell!)

That’s very strange. Looks like a definite possibility that if you were so inclined you could walk-in and grab another.
If you use the cancel button it would probably cancel your finance.
Personally I wouldn’t recommend either option, it might be worth reaching out to Apple.

....that’s the thing - if I did hit that cancel button and it did cancel the finance, I’d still have my iPhone 12!!!

Anyone who did the barclays finance get it on launch day? Im thinking of getting the Pro Max but im intrigued how it works in terms of the pre-approval process?

Ive contacted Apple Chat and they said they’ve made a note that I’ve already collected my phone - however, it’s STILL showing as ‘Ready for Pickup’ in the Apple Store app.

Will be interesting to see if my order and finance does indeed get auto cancelled if I don’t collect by the 5th November in which case, I’ll be left with a free phone?!!!!

Exactly, but there’s always the probability that when Apple do an audit of launch stock they will figure out what has happened and come back to you for payment.
That’s why I’d suggest reaching out to them rather than doing anything crazy.

Think there a bit of a gimmick really, very short cable and no plug. Difficult to detach with one hand.
It's a real shame you can't detach the cable from the puck itself to swap it for a longer one. I think I'll pass, sadly.

On an unrelated note, I just went to look at buying a new MacBook (Air or Pro) and I'm shocked that even for the stock models there's a wait of minimum 2 weeks, up to 4 weeks through Apple.com. WTF.

Has anyone bought the Invisible Shield Glass Privacy + iPhone 12 screen protector? If so, could you share images of fit on phone?
