I ordered one from o2. It says 4 weeks delivery but I’ve had an email to say it’s been shipped!

To everyone who went on the EE £28 unlimited data plan (1 smart benefit)..... in your EE account does this show as £28 or £30 (before any discounts). For some reason mine is called ‘Smart Sim Unlimited £28U’ but in details shows as £30 per month. Anyone else got this??
Also they removed my 10% additional line discount following upgrade. Should this have been kept on? And if so can that be used in addition to student 20%??
Ive contacted Apple Chat and they said they’ve made a note that I’ve already collected my phone - however, it’s STILL showing as ‘Ready for Pickup’ in the Apple Store app.
Will be interesting to see if my order and finance does indeed get auto cancelled if I don’t collect by the 5th November in which case, I’ll be left with a free phone?!!!!
They are great for getting rid of phones with dying battery capacity, so they are handy (they don't check battery capacity/life). I got rid of both Android and Apple phones with horrendous battery life, I will let them deal with the push back from their customers. I just take the cash and run for the hills haha.CEX pay crap money.

How did the approval process work? I'm looking to order the Pro Max next Friday but at the moment when I go in the app there is the option to choose but is only says I will receive notifications? No option to apply for pre-approval......I did Barclays finance, was all preapproved and ready to go, on launch day when the app opened it gave me the option to order from the for you tab. Which took me to a checkout page where once I was happy with the details, noticed I had the wrong address so changed this, I could complete the purchase. Was done by 13:02 and arrived on Friday
